hahahaha don't worry, I can't keep up uploading! lol. I'm beginning to wonder how channels can manage to upload videos every day and keep the house clean lol. And I've only uploaded 5 days in a row so far! 😂😂😂😂
Thank you Julie! My next batch of thank you cards will be even more scrappy lol. I just used what was on my desk this time, but next time I will be shoving some of that never ending junk mail in aswell. I used to try to use it all but there is just too much lol 😄🩵💚
Aww thank you Carrie; you're so sweet! I don't buy anything new other than glue, ink and paint so everything and anything becomes crafting materials lol. I love trying to find a use for it all! 😆🩵💚
Without unravelling they make great faux straps for a painted journal. A few brads inserted and some paint on top they look like a leather strap on a pirate trunk. 😁
Ahhh yes yes I can picture that! Great idea to use them as they are, especially now they are putting glue in the middle and making them harder to unravel 😄💙
Thank you so much! I tried to make them "wonky" hearts but sometimes they go a bit too wonky! lol. I also made some smaller ones for tiny journal covers which I will show in another video soon. I think they tiny hearts look super cute! So glad to be able to put some of the paper bag handles to use. Now I need to come up with some more projects to use the rest of them lol. Thank you so much for stopping by!! 😊💚💚
Hi Bonny, OMG😱😱😱JUST LUVE💖💖💖THESE.....WHAT A CLEVER GIRL YOU ARE.....I'm a cardmaker ( I'm new to journal making also ) and these would be AWESOME😵😵😵ON ACTUAL CARDS...🙏🙏🙏YA for the idea💡💡💡🤣🤣🤣....Can't wait to see what you come up with next.....Hugs🤗🤗🤗and Kisses😘😘😘 from Aussie Land NSW🦉🦉🦉🦋🦋🦋💝💝💝PS Hope that ya DID enjoy your Mummy's Day pressie from your Grandchildren hahahaha Bonny xox
Hi hi Rhonda! Yay I am so glad you like them! I know they are a bit crazy for cards, but I just love scrappy and recycled, so I am super happy you do too lol. Those brown paper bags handles have been driving me crazy. I usually unravel them and use the crumpled paper to make embellishments, but I am a bit sick of unravelling them so I need to come up with some more ways to use them as they are lol. Ohhh, actual card bases would be nice, but the only cardboard I have is cereal boxes etc so I cheated and made them a single page card lol. 😊💚💙
Absolutely love them Bonnie 💜🙂💜 I have a bunch of those as well, no surprise there 😂🤣😂 I decided to play along and wrapped my handle in gold wire, winding little clusters of wire here and there, like you did with the zig-zag stitch. Love them, turned out nice and more "shapeable". They'll still have to be sewn in place, and I want to try "rusting" some wire to give it a more rustic look also. I did see a tutorial on using the flat handles as a decorative piece around the sides and bottom of a pocket, so another thought As far as the "flat" heart... well, I'm not gonna lie here Bonnie.... looks like you weren't happy and ran your car tire over it.... just sayin'.... 🤭 Ok, excited to see you got carried away so on to your next video, YAY!!! 🎉🥳🎉
Hahaha yeh the flat one was not to my liking lol. Ohhh wire sounds great! Gold too....you're so fancy! 😜 The only thing I thought of wrapping on them was sewing machine threads, but I must confess I was too lazy lol 😂😂💛❤️
@@BonnyAndClive I used to be a floral designer, so have a bunch of wire.... somewhere, 😁 gold was all I could find. I know the green rusts, just need to figure out where I put it, probably still in the garage with all my floral stuff. I watched a video on dying, and she added vinegar to some dye, copper wire to another container to see the color differences she'd get. Someone suggested taking apart old cords for the copper in it, mhm, so much for donating that bag to the church resale shop, lol.😆 Well, I should be outside mowing some of the lawn, but it's supposed to rain again either tonight or tomorrow, rained last night again, getting pretty tired of it, so on to trying out some other craft stuff I watched. I'm considering doing my entire yard like an English country garden, overgrown grasses filled with native flowers, mhm, sounds like a plan, lol. 🌿🌷🌱🌻🌿
Haha funny you mention re-using old cooper wire! I do that too! I think I showed my bag of scavenged wire in a video showing some chunky beads I made ua-cam.com/video/55Hhgcbey1U/v-deo.html I used scavenged wire to make the eyepins and also to wrap the beads lol. You will have to go dig out that bag or florists wire from the garage because now I am in the mood to make beads! lol. Ohhh English cottage garden sounds so lovely, and would go so nice with a pond! 🙂💚🌼🌻🌼🌻

I know right! lol. And today, I STILL carried two cute food packaging boxes from my kitchen into my craft room, even though I complsin have too much food packaging cardboard to use up lol. We just can't help ourselves but keep adding to our hoard lol 😂🩷🩵
Well hello there ! Long time no hear ! Stop starving us of your genius! Brilliant video !

oh yay! another video from you!!! whoohoo!
Took me a while! lol 😄🩵
Smart idea. These would also look great as journal toppers.
Thank you Lucy! They would definitely make great journal toppers! Lots of grungy dyed fabric and lace with some burlap! 🥰🥰
Well that's CUTE!!!
Thank you Barbara! I still need to come up with more ways of using those paper bag handles lol. I have way too many! 😄🩵💚
I am very much looking forward to seeing what you will do with those threads 😘😉🥰
Hehe Kate I have soooo many sewing maching threads. I might make that my next ##useittilitsgone challenge lol 😆🩵
Gorgeous thank u cards Bonny ❤️
Great way to use the handles 👍
Thanks Kristina! Now to come up with some more ways to use the handles without having to unravel them lol. 😄💚💚
