Passing the Real estate test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Dylan
@@jeffreybishop3473 I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Mason and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.
Question #2 How many continuing education hours are needed? The question didn't specify if it was for a salesperson or broker; although the salesperson 16 hours wasn't an option .
@@iShomari Yes, the info I have states "Salespersons must complete 30 hrs of post-licensing education within the 1st year of licensure regardless of whether the license is inactive or active." "Salespersons will need 16 hours of continuing education after their 1st renewal." Brokers will need 24 hours." Post-licensing and continuing ed being two different requirements. Hopefully the question won't be as vague if it's on the test...Good Luck to you.
Good content, the questions on the test are a lot harder in the way they word it so this doesn't really prep you for that. Also, the audio selection is horrible, very difficult to listen to this for an hour.l
Only the first two questions are state specific, all the rest seem to be National. If you’re studying for the state portion, don’t waste your time here
Very helpful, just a ? about Question 43? In 1991, the Virginia legislature eliminated the concepts of dower and curtesy. Just wondering is this is still on the test ?

That’s a trick question, because I thought it was 30 hours for the 1st year for a sales rep
