Hello. I am 18 years old and I have S type scoliosis. I have reduced my pain by doing regular exercise, but I also want my crookedness to go away. My weight is ideal, I eat healthy and live healthy. Do you think my scoliosis can go away with regular exercise? Some of the movements I do are exercises to get an "hourglass body". Do you think the crookedness in my body will decrease by doing this? (I used google translate, sorry if there are any mistakes)

Thanks for reaching out. No, I don't think the curve will "go away" with what you are doing but it could be helped. For the best results to reduce it, I would go with a form of PSSE like the Schroth Method. Treating it with an asymmetrical technique is the only way to reduce the asymmetrical deformity. Hope that helps.
