Trying to find help for this. Who do we contact? Under expenses, it list operating expenses but has a set shipping cost? Yet I go under orders and it shows the charged shipping cost. Where is the actually shipping cost minus listing fees. Why is it so hard to get this data from anywhere is beyond me.

I would say just make sure it does not charge you an extra fee since you bring the sale not Etsy Shopify has the same thing’
