Dollar for RM the prices are like Seremban in Malaysia for Saskatoon . Of course the houses are bigger in Canada. The only downside is the winter. Income should be around CAD5000 per month to afford this house. Quite tough.

houses are still being sold my friend, i can say for Saskatchewan for sure that the average time of house being listed and sold is all time low still.
