The psp version, as limited as it was. Allowed for the soundtrack to play all the times. Even cop chases. Who would have known a "limitation" allowed for a better player experience.
@ExTerTIc I actually tested it, the AI cars tail you like they have lock-on system and the more speed you gain the faster THEY go, I purposely drove into wall and they crashed with me...But I still love that game too.

Then I played a horror game called Call of Cthulhu and I was too much of a baby bitch to get through the scary parts so I would play this song in the background and it'd get me pumped up enough to get through the scary parts lol.

They made a lot of bad choices with this game, but having the licensed music only play during free roam was the worst.
