With my wife we have traveled almost all over the Caribbean, always taking a break from our cold Canadian winter, and no resort has impressed us as much as Dreams Macao. We were there the 2nd week of this January 2024 with our daughter and three grandchildren... the resort is very clean and very well looked after, nice swimming pools and lazy river, the beach is beautiful and the food is excellent. We had the luck of meeting the resort's sous-chef, Octavio Cerna Alfaro, and were very impressed. We will most certainly go back to Dreams Macao
Thank you for sharing! Thinking about which resort to go to in August, and I couldn't find the food menu anywhere. Love how they're open late a lot, and the desserts look great!
Thank you for the vidoes, I am thinking of going to this resort on June, you showed all the restaurants and food, I really appreciate it, but how is the taste and quality of the food?, it is good or really good?
Food is very subjective. In our opinion, it was very good, but you'll also see many comments that the food is not that great. I never go to an all-inclusive expecting a world-class culinary experience.
Booked in for October over Halloween! It's a shame there seemed to be only a bit of seafood on each menu, but everything sounded good. Mind if I asked a few questions? What did you think of the food in general? Are there any places underwhelming? Any particular thoughts on the coffee from Coco or that ribeye from the grill? Do you know if the lobster dinner was all you can eat? It used to be, but 70$ seems a little cheap for that.
Hi Tyler, thanks for your comments here and on the other video. The food was fine, but, food is very subjective. We are not picky eaters, so what is acceptable to us may not be to others. The coffee at Coco Cafe was ok. Again, very subjective. I suspect the lobster dinner was not all you can eat, but I can't be positive.

Amazing video.
Motivated my wife and I to book today
does the hotel do a beach party one of the nights, and if so, do you know which night?
I don't recall any beach parties.
