I received a palette with a broken shade and had a replacement sent to me free of charge right away. Their costumer service is awesome in my experience.
Brandi Lee it really is great! I ordered the smoke sessions palette first thing Black Friday so I didn’t miss out and went back about 12 hours later and did some actual shopping. Paid shipping both times. Emailed them later on to see if they could ship them together and while they couldn’t do that because of the volume of orders they had, they did refund my shipping fees 🙌🏼
Thtamandap I ordered it with early access before Black Friday. I also went back on Black Friday and picked up a ton of their lip liners and eyeliners for just $5 each.
I had 3 broken shades got new palette sent right away they just want a pic ,had awesome costumer service too
I had the same thing happen with my gemini palette. After they were SO good and followed up with me within the hour especially with the quality and range of color I am in love and will be a customer for as long as they are around. SO sweet!

I love that you use different brushes in your swatches and, more importantly, tell us your thought process as to why you chose that particular brush for the shadow.

Ridiculously excited to hear this. I ordered a palette but it's a christmas gift for my daughter. I was pretty bummed when I realized I really shouldn't spend $100 on eye shadows and make sure my bills were paid up instead. Darn adulting. LOL
Yay. I was so sad that I did not get my hands on this. I am on a no buy but I can get it gifted to me. Spring will be here before we know it. I will continue to pan until I get my hands on this pretty palette. Colors are amazing.
How did I miss this! I didnt know this existed either! I WANT IT!!!!! for the colors and the theme of it and the packaging..... and just everything! A couple months though!? Dang! I'll forget about it by then lol (I do partake haha) thanks for commenting and letting us know though.

I looove this palette so much! I would 100% reccomend it! Also, my sisters came broken. And they replaced it right away! And also let her keep the broken one! And if you use q glitter glue with that last shade, it packs on super pigmented and not like a topper in my experience 🙃
The scalpers for the pallete are crazy! I’ve seen it for $300 on eBay 😳
Hot tip: Blue Dream is an amaaaazing topper over warm shadows. I used it over the warm half of the Gemini palette... life changing

I was really disappointed that I missed this palette. I am happy we will get another chance in the spring though. I just got the gemini palette and LOVED it, got the haze stack and a TON of liners on black Friday. I am really impressed with the quality.
I'm so glad the color green is getting its moment in the eyeshadow world. I've seen this palette all over Insta and on UA-cam. I know it's currently sold out. I thought the design was a snowflake! Interesting!
I had to have this pallette and sour diesel is such a unique shade. On the eye, the green definitely comes through and I love it😍

My shade on the right came missing as well. Melt said they could replace it in spring when the palette is available again, so it should be here in the spring. I wasn't given a date. Their customer service was amazing, the representative I emailed with was so friendly and helpful. Love this video because greens are my favorite, but the marijuana put me off- I wouldn't want one of my younger cousins to see that and be influenced or think that I smoke. So even if mine wasn't broken I wouldn't travel with it , but I do enjoy using and having it.

Smoke session + gemini palette . Imagine the looks with those two!!!
The shade "Glitz" from the Pinky Rose Bright Lights palette looks like it would be a good dupe for Blue Dream. It's definitely more opaque. NYX Prismatic shadow in "Mermaid" is also very similar, but less blue. "Firefly" from ColourPop's My Little Pony palette has the same sheer topper quality.

Jamie Winters Welcome! Devinah has some greens too, but Sydney Grace has more. I suggest signing up for their email list or following them on IG to be notified of sales. There are affiliate and non affiliate codes that you can use, but the sales are always a better deal than using a code. They usually have at least one every season. 🙂

I had 2 pans fall out in my Melt Gemini totaled and damaged the product in the pans. They very promptly send me a brand new palette that was perfect. Great service!

You are incredibly thorough and that is greatly appreciated.
It's pretty but I'm disappointed that the last shade is so sheer. Also I think Sour Diesel and Space Queen may be nearly interchangeable for uses on the eye. What's more, I think it odd the only matted/close to mattes are the darkest ones, which is not incredibly practical.
This palette has gorgeous colors, the formula seems decent, but I think it could have been So. Much. More. It had so much potential that I feel went unmet. I love greens and feel that there's not enough green variety in the cosmetic world, but... This palette is a miss for me. It is unique, but to me it is not well done enough to justify buying it. There are other palettes higher up on my list that I'd rather go for.

I liked the topper shade on the third shade from the left. It looked like an olive-teal duochrome to me. Super pretty!

It's pretty . Really pretty. It's just not a complete palette. Way too many shimmers . That killed it for me right there.
Tracy Frederick this a great palette of you already have the Gemini palette. That one has more mattes and the two go together so good.
Ahhh I am wearing this today! Finally got mine Saturday after the presale, and I AM OBSESSED! I hadn't tried Melt lippies before and Bellastona lasted me a whole Friendsgiving party Saturday! I applied around 4:30 PM and had to use remover on my lips around 1:30AM. They plan on restocking in a few months...

Interesting. Tarababyz got this palette and every shade was puffed up ( no pun intended) and she had to re-press every shade. Also, I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all the work you put into these videos. 💜💜

Untamed (from Makeup Geek) appears to have been discontinued, unless I missed it. I was on the website just the other day because I was looking for a backup of my Untamed since Marlena said that she will rebrand mug and almost all of the current shadows will be discontinued.
OMG. I love that green pallet, I hope that it gets put into production. Even if some of the shade's are too dark for me.
Revisiting this before the restock! I’m definitely gonna try my best to grab one (I hope it doesn’t sell out in seconds...) I have the dupe from KVD Mi Vida Loca Remix but I never reach for that thing because the size is so inconvenient so I’m giving myself a lil (puff puff) pass 😉
the shade Mud from the Venus II palette looks very similar, playing with it rn
I do want to see a video about this palette, but since it won’t be restocked until the Spring maybe you can wait & do it in February.
I have this palette and it is so amazing! The metallics work best with a glitter glue, I’ve had some issues with fading when I don’t use one. But it’s worth it!

Seems to me like it should have some hemp ingredients like the kush mascara if they’re going with that theme. Have Gemini and love that one!
The urban decay electric palette has two colors that are close enough for me too create a look like I would want from this palette. Freak and fringe are really pretty. Freak on the inner half and fringe on the out half and crease. I even put thrash in the middle of my lid for a pop

Rawbeautykristi did a pretty good review & look on this palette, pretty funny too with the puns. I've never tried it, but that's a personal choice based off of being a child of addicts & I come from the land of MTF-think what soil does when it grows 115lb cabbages. I don't knock it, helped my mom eat when she was being eaten alive by cancer. I like the greens & golds, but the theme & price especially turn me off of this. Ok.... are other make up companies paying attention???? This is the kind of pallets people want!!!! That's why everyone is on a no/low buy because it's the same thing over and over!!! Melt really KILLED it with this pallet!! P.s IF anyone has the Kat Von D 10 year anniversary pallet Lefar is a good dupe for sweet tooth.

I actually waited for a Gemini video from u, but then I just broke down and bought it. The mattes are tricky. They act like pressed pigments. I find that it's easier to pat on the dark ones. I was gifted the Twenty Seven palette and I love them both.
