It is personal decision if someone wants to be good or evil but it's not programmed for someone to be evil my friend. So no animal instincts doesn't contain such stuff like being murderer but one can be born as sociopate and that one would say he don't belive there isn't something like Good and Evil... There is Good and Evil and everyone has basic undertsanding of what is good and what is wrong because we are eternal spiritual beings with only animal bodies but with pure souls.
