Whoa! I've watched athletics for years & I've known who Valerie Adams is since like 2011/12 & seen her compete a few times. Now, I don't watch the NBA that much but I've also known Steven Adams since probably 2015 but at no point did it ever occur to me that the two were siblings. That's a pretty interesting fact but now, in hindsight it probably makes sense since they're pretty good at their respective sports & are true physical specimens. This was a great video all round btw. Great work man.

Consider if Adams was fighting Russell over a rebound, and then Adams get it, and then gives it to Russell - the only thing that would do is slow down the team's tempo, costing them transition opportunities. Team strategy, team play, team success - THAT is what Adams is about.
