Just picked up this card a couple weeks ago. If u apply on resy they have a promo get 10% cash back on dining up to $150 for the first 6 months. Couldn't pass up that offer.
This revamp was actually really beneficial for consumers which is awesome to see! This card is super viable, especially for those on team cash back. Gotta love it when lenders make their products better... it benefits them and us alike! Great video John.
I got this card just a little bit before the refresh due to the easy sign up bonus, and now it is even better. I will use it for groceries when one of my other cards does not cover them as a 5% category, and now it is my default online shopping card outside of Amazon. Amex customer service is top notch. I had to interface with their fraud department a couple of times with a corporate card from a former employer, and just had a small billing issue with one of my personal cards last year. In all cases, the person who answered the phone understood what was going on very quickly and was empowered to fix the problem without having to escalate to somebody else who would get back to me. Absolutely unheard of in this day and age.
I just got this card recently and it’s great. Not to mention the benefits are good and it has plenty of amazing offers such as statement credits. If you have to go to the store, check the offers first because they literally have hundreds of offers
NFCU More Rewards is 3% gas, grocery, restaurants and transit. It also grows very well as far as CLIs. Great to see amex stepping up their game on some of the lesser used cards. Let's hope this continues!

The card is great but like all Amex cards the cash back does not apply to supermarkets like: Walmart, Target, Ross, Target, Costco, Sams Club, Best Buy, or any other major “warehouse supermarket.” Also many gas stations are not subject to the cash back as well which makes this card kinda suck.
