Once, when I was fighting a lynel, I only managed to get one headshot in because Tulin would either get a headshot when I missed on the ground or he would get the headshot as soon as I took out the bow.
tulin is the best in my opinion but I've found sidon to be the third best behind tulin and mineru (again, in my opinion.) The zora spear + wet is basically a better gerudo spear and the one hit invincibility allows you to go for flurry rushes and also helps with some bosses like moldugas
Bubble with a lightscale/lynelhorn trident is devastating. Especially with attack up modifiers. I used to go bone route but more hassle than I am looking to deal with since I like to rock the Master Sword and speed up.
I've almost beaten the game and had no idea Sidon could break rocks 🤦🏼♀️ thanks for this awesome video! Mineru is funny ... when you have a zonaite part in your hand, ie a fan or a rocket, etc.she will run away from you.
5:50 My guess for that bevaviour is that they won't block the view, especially since they carry their Sage's respective weapon that would make the filling of the compendium unnecessarily harder. 18:00 Just to add, you can also walk greatly on Mineru through Quicksand. Also, in general, when riding Mineru, you can pick up mob drops and other items. Sometimes, when spamming A, you will accidentally activate one of your sages, which might, especially in Tulin's case, harm your pickup process. With Mineru, you can spam A as much as you like.
I learned a lot about Riju and Sidon and will try using them more! I usually have them off. I hated using Mineru, too, because she was so slow. However, I'm excited to try out the fan, hoverstone, and wing attachments!
i dont know if it is the case but if the water bubble of sidon takes durability from your weapon, mineru could be better to collect gems because her arms without anything can break them and they wont fly anywhere and she kinda have a massive area of picking things up so it goes together perfectly
You dont necessarily need explosions to attract Molduga, any sort of vibration that hits the sand will do, even a simple arrow can alert it if its somewhat nearby
You didn’t mention the best part Mineru, you can use her to effortlessly break normal ore deposits in the depths. You don’t even have to fuse anything to her.
Frost emitter + Rocket or + Spike Ball were my go tos in my run I finished last week. I rode Mineru nearly all the time once I got her, it just seemed so OP
Tbh sidons ability was the most OP atleast for me. You get a daruk protection like every idk 5sec and you didn't even need to hold or press anything. You can move around, aim or whatever it is ur doin. Very helpful on battles. Not to mention the heat resistance and the double dmg of zora weapons. You can just feed it to oktoroks to get durability back. You can easily kill bosses
Sidon is great for tanking a flame gleeock's giant fireball that it fires during it's second phase. You can just stand there waiting for it and then negate it without having to run around trying to dodge.
I enjoy using the beam emitter with mineru as well as the frost melee weapon wombo combo, they are all just really fun to play with lol. So happy I found mineru I was so psyched when I realized what that quest line was going to give me near the end :D.
I was excited to put a cannon on her, it seems like no one ever taught he good gun maintenance. Every time I firmed around she was rocking another dislocated shoulder.
A useful trick I learned with Sidon, If you’re fighting a Marbled Gohma on its second phase and it surrounds you with marbled rock bombs, if you use Sidon’s bubble shield, it will take all the damage from the first explosion but will still apply knockback which will negate the damage from the other explosions, a useful trick for if your in a bind or just want to make the fight go faster since you don’t have to wait for Yunobo’s ability to recharge.
i guess its sorta implied with the burning temp but the water shield also cools you down in the desert area because it applies the "wet" status. and last a decent amount of time after it pops as well

Tulin also somehow collects monster parts. Several times he'd kill a monster and the parts would go off the edge of a cliff and then I'd get the pop up that they were added to my inventory.
I already knew that sages will be pissed off when they are getting zoomed in on, i tried getting the boulder breaker photo and while i was tryna do that on yunobo he just kept running away but after like 2 mins I finally got the pic
Sidon's Sage Ability can also be used to block the giant fireball that Flame Gleeoks send down upon upon you in the final stages of the fight with them and if you time it correctly you won't take any damage and will still be able to ride the updraft it creates to finish the fight
