As a former subway worker, I must disagree. For starters, the decision to not wrap the sandwich in the white wrapper means the sandwich has less protection from the environment when bagged up. I find it disappointing...

Our knives are dull and the breads are mostly too soft. I sometimes have to check all 4 corners to get an entrance point.(not guaranteeing to cut further) They new mixture for the dough is just horrible
I quit Subway 9 months ago after 7 years. Thought I'd watch a video to see what's changed. What's up with those online order slips? Do they really think you're only going to put 6 olives on a footlong? At my last location, if you did that, the customers would leave without paying after you finished making their sub. Does your manager not get upset if you go way over formula? If I put that many olives on my sub, I would have gotten cussed out. Do you do the prep too? Does your owner not get upset if your food costs are too high? Hey everyone....you really wanna work at Subway? Don't.
