I have Samsung galaxy A50 and Galaxy buds but when I open the case, the phone doesn't do that pop-up thing that tells you the battery and that they are connected. What can I do? Please help.
@@porterbluegene6189 Wow. Haha! Well you have to turn on bluetooth on your A50s. And then find the word that says "Galaxy buds+" then tap it. And then try to tap hold the touchpads on your galaxy buds+.
@@porterbluegene6189 Well it might be. Well when I try my brother's airpods pro & then open the case of the airpods while bluetooth is on, it didn't popup on my phone either. But after it didn't popup, I will just have to press & hold the button on the back of the airpod's case, and once the light is color white on the case, that means the connection of your phone will try to connect & find the airpods. And once the connection on your phone in bluetooth founds the airpods, the airpods pro will finally connect on your phone.

I don't use amazon. But im very happy with my buds. You can buy buds+ now, they should have better batteri live. Just a tip 😉

It should automatic pop up when you have Bluetooth on on your mobil phone
