That whole fight at 1:03:50 is exactly why I've never done a non vats melee build in this game. Makes no sense that some random raider can block a mace swung by a guy in PA with his stick
I always felt that power armor should be more restrictive. Like the accuracy penalty for shooting with anything other than heavy weapons. Also, you shouldn't be able to access certain cramped locations while wearing it. The game should force you to exit the armor to enter. Movement speed should be set to just a bit faster than encumbered. Unless you modify the legs yourself or find a unit that has increased movement already. I'm sure most won't agree with me, though. 😅 As to your audience poll question, I don't mind short or long format based on what I've seen so far. Feel free to mix it up or do whatever you find more convenient. I'm just enjoying the gameplay.
Ok the idea of your companion being just crazy imagination that interesting take. Turning him into mannequin so it wont break Fallout 4 lore where 200years later you will find him alive.
