I go all the way down, n-range to n-range, for me is a few inches below parallel because my legs are naturally thick. I can't call it an ATG squat because it isn't that low either.
I recently just started working out and naturally i went deep without no problem everyone else was doing half squats, i was questioning was i doing it wrong. Lol this gave me alot more comfort. Btw im also 5’7 im not tall so getting low to the ground is no problem

Always. I don’t train for comp. so to develop the most strength, muscle mass and prevent injury, ATG is king.
