Thank you ~! It mostly depends on your accessories. Best case is that you have all Genesis accs and is freely convert to any element (esp in raids, I would change gems for different bosses). If you have ring techs, then light or dark is the way to go. If you have earrings tech, then fire or ice. As for gem placements, 1 conversion gem in your bow (mainhand), 3 elemental gems in quiver (offhand) and both rings.
Sadly when i played this game i started at the Asian Realms so when i hit cap level and geared up, apparently raids were impossible with lag. When i wanted to play EU realms ofcourse Nexon assholes who have Region lock (Am from middle east) so i basically know this game is awesome...and can't play it. +1 Nexon

Can you show your equipment? Its better to use cold set or ruby set with 1st weapon costume transformation?
cold mirage + 2 epic weapons > 5 set hero + 1 epic weapon (mainhand) >= 4 set hero + 2 epic weapons
overall the difference isn't huge (about ~2%dps)
