Thanks for reviewing all the flight modes, Its nice to see how they all work on the new firmware. Im not a fan or Orbit and Spiral. Orbit is how I lost a previous drone. A tree jumped in the way of the drone but it wouldnt stop when I asked it to... I might have missed this in the main review but how does this one do with the panoramic photo? Thats still my favorite picture mode. I still need the drone to start the panorama with the camera level above zero degrees.
I'm thinking cinematic just slows your acceleration/deceleration and roll rates. Longer to get to speed and longer to slow. Probably so the gimbal doesn't twitch as much. Noticed my gimbal gets ratchety with high acceleration. Tripod seems good at low altitude more safe for low shots.
Is there a possibility to quickly switch between sports, normal andcinematic mode? Can I assign this to a button somehow? According to the user manual I could not find a button to freely assign actions. How does the mode tooggle work with the icons on the main screen? Does it open a menue or directly switch modes? Background: I'm used to fly to the spot in normal or sports, then film in cinematic mode, then fly to the next spot/angle in normal again... DJi products to have a real hardware switch to toogle modes. I really find this practical and use it all the time. My old fimi had no possibility to do this quickly, only via several menu clicks.
@@goglesucks I don't think so. Usually just keep it in normal mode. Ended one in a tree in Sport mode. With the camera drones I just think that the quick switches don't really produce good video results anyway. Attention spans are so low these days that normally I just keep the clip segments to 7 seconds, 12 if it's really nice, and if you're running 30 seconds it drags the subject out too long. Done some longer clips on fast forward, but I guess with 30 minutes of battery life, seems plenty of time to switch modes on the screen. With a flowing FPV drone and dives that's a different story.
Hi does the fimi mini 3 have airport restrictions where you cannot fly within 5nm of an airport? I'm flying in a small town with a very small airport and my DJI mini 3 will not let me start the drone as I am too close to the airport.
Fimi drones do not have the same NFZ issues that DJI have. You have to be your own governing body. Fly safe.. Fly responsibly and as always... DOn't be Stupid. :D
Great video about the different flight modes on the V3 Mini. It's a pity that some of the other viewers refuse to do Fimi reviews as the last iterations have improved dramatically but then I would expect nothing less from the DJI fanboys and one in particular who is so biased against Fimi
Well... a little birdie told me, that someone is shipping their Fimi Mini 3 to such a person , just to prove a point. It will be interesting to get that perspective. But I still say.. unless you pay for it with your "own" money and decision process.. you are tainted.
The one here is the Alldocube iPlay50 Mini Pro 8 inch. I also use the Teclast T40HD. Both are respectable but not super bright. My Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus phone has a super bright screen and I use that as well.
Gracias amigo por mostrar y ayudarnos a conocer los modos automáticos del FIMI MINI.
Thank you for the comment.
I've just got my FIMI X8 SE 2022 V2 and I am still working on it, especially the intelligent flight modes.. thank you for your videos.. 🇵🇭🙏👍
Great video lots of info covered 😀
Thanks 👍
Thank you for this Demo GM!
They are similar to the DJI ones.. video one way etc. I'm doing the Panorama one now. But the Timelapse in video mode is slick.
Hi GM, good review, thanks for sharing. The little Fimi Mini 3 performed very well. Nice level horizon, was that really a Fimi? vbg

Funny thing.. you dont like Orbit.. I dont like panorama. But I will look at it today if I can.

Exactly, makes a smoother video, and limits jerky actions

Hello. Can you give link for tablet holder mounter in rc?
I dont' remember where I got it. It is a Skyreat one. But AliExpress has lots of similar items on the cheap.

I wonder if it's the same person who always seems to get defective drones when they aren't DJI ones

Is this going to be corrected in future updates?

Does the Fimi 3 have cruise control? Great videos BTW.
Not that I have seen.
Hey man got a question are you operating that drone with a tablet or am i looking at it wrong 🤥
Yes.
@@GorillamansGarage you might need to do a video on that an how to hook it up an it works I like that I need that on my mini 4 pro an Air 3 mavic
