Don't use both, just use efficient locksmith. Maxed out it has 40% chance to keep lockpick. If you have 2 picks, all you need is the perk to work once. If you think about it, you need to open the bases, then the first door to the escape room of choice, then the last door/gate so if you keep at least one that's a win. Also If your on the last stretch and have the 3rd door left there's usually a pick ready for you in that area. Efficient locksmith has a 40% to keep your pick for the entire game and could pop more than once. (Lucky + 1 over and over) Vs Lucky lockpicker with a 50% once and only on your first door. (1 time only) Also bomb squad is realy good to max out vs hitchhiker since you can disarm traps without the need for a bone scrap in your inventory, but I recommend only equipping it when hitchhiker is in the game or it's useless. Recommendation have 2 perks that you like and a 3rd that you can switch around when needed

Julie is the best character hands down you can literally make her a mini connie and with stealth at ,at least 45 points you can just spam on the tool boxes and barricades and her ability is top tier

Little tips dont up the violet stat because she are already pretty much improved instead improve the pink stat to level 50 you will counter the cook and you just won't make any noise, the rest of the points are up to you but improve be the orange, be the blue be the green I recommend the blue or the green sorry for my english im french
the people who want the devs to remove the limit of one per character are the people who all want to run connie and escape super fast im glad the devs arent giving htose people what they want
3/5 of victims can do same thing as Connie by just running +7 stealth perk and +7 proficiency perk. Julie can easy get 45 stealth and 45 proficiency. Ana can also have relatively high proficiency. It is not as high other two but Ana has a lot of toughness and her ability makes her pretty tanky so at least compare Connie and Jullie, Ana is more tank connie.
I usually take the middle perk. I only trap perk the trap perk if hitchhicker is in the game. Instead of the first one, I use the perk to show the toolboxes at the start of the match and if there is no hicker, I get the one that shows you the location of the fusebox/pressure valve. I use these perks with any character. Except Leland. I don't like him. I usually play Connie, Ana or Sonny.
The perks I’ve been running with Connie are bomb squad (if there’s a hitchhiker) slippery and choose flight, slippery level 3 is actually insane against hitch and sissy. It makes getting away from them during chase ALOT easier
@@DiliosBR hahaha if you’re being serious, slippery level 1 gives you 5% movement speed for 5 seconds when you go thru shimmies and crawl spaces. Level 3 is 15% movement speed for 7 seconds. So when your being chased by sissy or hitch, the movement speed you get helps you a lot to get to a quick hiding spot before they catch up to you. Makes it so you have a better chance to hide then go thru a well and reset

That's why teamwork is so important in this game. 1 vs 1 the advantage is with the victims more. 2 or 3 family members chasing a victim makes very hard for the victims to all escape. Just watch on Twitch how people who play as a team effectively makes it very hard for all the victims to escape in any game. The same goes the other way where victims working together means there's a very good chance that they all escape.

They do work together but don’t stack it’s a percentage. So for example efficient locksmith allows for 40% at max and then lucky lockpicker would give you a 50% at max of the base chance. Therefore it wouldn’t be 90% but instead would be 50% of the base so in this case base chance of not using the tool would be 40% plus 50% of the 40% which is 20% + 40% = 60% base chance of not using the unlock tool.

If they stack, the first door should multiply the probabilities, not add them: P(not losing it) = 1 - P(losing it) = 1 - P(lucky lockpicker failing) - P(efficient locksmith failing) = 1 - 0.5 * 0.6 = 70% chance of keeping your lockpick on the first door and 1 - (0.5 * 0.6)^2 = 91% chance of one of your lockpicks not being consumed aka you have a 91% chance of having 3 lockpicks in your inventory. Huge if true.

My Cook lockdown build has been doing a great job of shutting down Connie players. I'll use this build for my Connie though.

He didn't choose anything yet he wasnt high enough level with her yet to be lvl 3 focus

as far as i know efficient locksmith and lucky PP does not stack up. it won't make the chance of unbroken tools up to 70%
