I forgot to mention the Fire Trailblazer technique... it's good but I personally only use it in Forgotten Hall if I have points left :D
The problem with their technique is that the shield will be removed when you use the taunt skill later in the fight... I'm still confused about it

I'm glad hoyo is learning that making F2P characters viable for all content doesn't necessarily lead to a loss of sales in limited 5* banners

@@swagstab That's true, but the amount of investment needed for those characters is significantly higher than that of the star rail characters.
@@swagstab I’d rather walk on legos than use the traveller in Genshin, also you can’t argue that the units they give you for free in GI (Amber, Lisa, etc) can clear content on their own without gacha (f2p gacha rolls is still gacha). Meanwhile characters in HSR like trailblazer, asta, natasha, march and dan heng are actually fun to use
@@niklasmirrazeghi3560f2p does not equate to "no gachas" as a f2p you are still guaranteed a few 5 stars. And if 3 out of the few 5 stars you have are Nahida, Raiden, Kazuha then youre set, youre meta.
@kurosalty4675 nice cherrypicking. In genshin, benett is the single strongest character in the game, then Xingqiu and Xiangling are the best support chars of their respective elements.

It's so cool for the main character to be so OP. The physical one even is pretty good. It's so empowering when she pulls out that that bat

Physical is pretty amazing all things considered. Decent single and multi target damage and when they crit. It feels like Dan He. G or Seele… and then we have Fire MC who is a tank…. But STILL HITS AS HARD AS PHYSICAL

@@NoraNekos7 Physical MC pairs well with Sushang tho, cuz both work of weakness break. A mono SW team with D-MC, Sushang, Natasha, and Silverwolf would allow you to pre much obliterate bosses
I’m still enjoying MC Physical. His shield breaking is so good! I love how our MC is strong and you can access his other “element” very early on.
When I hoped we get free Zhongli, I wasn't expecting to get it in another game

my team is still the default team. mc, march, dan and natasha and like the amount of extra damage/break u can get from march followup attacks is insane. I mean her ult regens really fast too.
Fire trailblazer and gepard basically unlock march talent full potential which was pretty cool
If you love March play style revolving follow-up attack, you should try out Clara too, since her counters also considered as follow-up attack.
Oh I use the same team!!!! I want to see how far I can go using only this one
I still use physical MC as well, but I got Gepard on my guaranteed pull from that beginner banner and, well, his ultimate shields are WAAAAAAY better. I'm almost hitting 1k shields and I'm only level 50. So I have no need for fire MC. Also in auto combat they use their skill constantly, which is annoying.

You know, you're right. If Dehya can do numbers and contribute more as a support, then she'll be busted.
4:05 Speed is quite important, but there is one thing I think that you have overlooked, and that is the turn duration of effects (either buff or debuff effect). The duration of both buff and debuff effects on a character is determined by the affected character's base turn rotation. After a character's base turn ends (not counting bouns turn like Seele's passive), the duration of every effect on that character is reduced by 1. This means that the higher a character's SPD, the shorter the duration of buff and debuff effects apply to them.

I want to emphasize that this is also true to the duration of the self-damage reduction effect of Fire Trailblazer's skill. Also, If Fire Trailblazer has high SPD and goes before teammates, the 15% damage reduction effect for the entire team from his Skill will expire immediately after the next turns of her teammates end while the opponent's units have not yet attacked. For this reason, I don't think building high SPD for Fire Trailblazer is a good idea, but it's still recommended to build a small amount of SPD to make Fire Trailblazer slightly faster than the opponent's units. Ideally, this should be around 101~103 SPD (because most monsters have 100 SPD or less).
Thanks for the tips! I was wondering why my lvl 50 fire tb was so slow... Turns out I only have 95 spd and almost never got a turn in an elite boss fight 🤣 and just my stinking luck for not being able to roll for spd substat as well, and spd build isn't an option either since I only have 2 boots with spd stat available at the moment equipped to welt and tingyun
Actually Trailblazer speed should be 120 to 130 . But 120 is good enough not too high not too low
and him being a useful unit as a main character is even more insane

Sidenote that Fire Trailblazer combos hilariously well with March 7th, constant shield procs make her attack 3 times every turn (4 with upgrades)
Just cleared world 6 with physical trailblazer. Amazing how the versions of the MC is all good especially bosses.

Very good guide, clean & enjoyable to watch
Trend of the Universal light cone is also a pretty good option as it increases DEF and there's a 100% base chance to burn enemy when attacked and 40% DoT of wearer's DEF for 2 turns.

What you say about placing your tank/trailblazer at the edge is generally true, but if you have a somewhat tanky team or just a lot of healing and high hp on your dps, you can place them in one of the middle slots in order to generate more energy more quickly for your dps. Something to keep in mind. I've got a welt who's built heavily for break damage but he also has 2.3k hp. That 2.3k hp + trailblazer shields + bailu heals means that its more dps for me to just toss bailu on one side of trailblazer and Welt on the other (for that specific team)
true! but right now in Memory of Chaos stages 3+ enemies hit like a truck, you cannot afford to take that splash damage

I'm so happy for all the Genshin content creators. With how incredible successfull Star Rail is they finally have another game the can work with that isn't going to be ignored completely. And for the players is even better, becouse we have more options regarding how to spend our free time. Of course, there has always been the option of playing another game, but when it comes to gacha games (that have their own charm despite how critiziced they are) few have reach the level of quality that Mihoyo games have. Now, I just cant wait for Zenless Zone Zero.

Got a fantastic team right now with Seele, Sushang, Gepard and Fire Trailblazer- don't need a healer at all with Gepard and TB and covers 4 elements nicely, very rarely need to switch elements- putting in great work thus far

Im running a similar team. Gepard, fire tb, Bailu and Seele. My teams works in a super simple way. Fire tb and Gepard tank, Bailu makes Gepard immortal and Seele does dps

As long as its not a timed goal (like win within 14 turns or something) going full turtle is perfectly viable and AutoBattle friendly. 1 relevant DPS (right element type or seele) and 3 supports (combination of tanks and healers)
I’m really glad that the MC in this game is actually one of the best characters. Makes it a better role playing experience

Aether dosnt even say a proper sentence in the game and just pretty much goes along with whatever request someone asks of them. Meanwhile hsr mc acually has a personality and a attitude and dosnt do quests just for the sake of doing them.

It's awesome that the main character is one of the best units in the game, and you get it all for free. MC's Eidolons and BiS 5-star LC are both free. 👍

I have Black Swan and Sampo, Healer, I temporary added Gunaifen for fire weakness.. fire mc seems nice.. with the light cone that adds fire dot everytime the user is attacked
Yeah I just beat world 4 SU with fire TB in my kit, so op I'm using a high def relic build for the extra damage multiplier and she's almost unstoppable paired with March 7th
I think Day One of My New Life is probably the best general-use Light Cone for Fire Trailblazer. Damage reduction across the board, for the entire battle. Helps with AOE or if the taunt from the skill doesn't grab an enemy. The one from Herta's shop doesn't interest me all that much because Fire MC will almost always have a shield due to how their kit works (and timing their ult), and if something is overwhelming you to the point where you can't keep up the shield then it's likely the enemies are spamming attacks at not just MC, but the entire party.

It's just that i want to upgrade to 5* light cone now.

I love fire trailblazer but I cannot use him with Clara, he steals attacks away from her so I had to bench him, I will use him in my team 2 once I finish with my first team he looks like a lot of fun
Id have to use FMC for another team. Got me e1 Clara as my msin team atm since i lost the 50/50 on character banner and got her on the starter banner. Guaranteed that Jing Yuan though now, so maybe ill use FMC with him.
So many great character you can have fun with which is nice for a change.

The mc is really good once you start raising up his defense, mine is at level 50 and 17k defense and can tank quite well. My team with her is Nat, Bronya and Seele

I hate the fact both versions of the main character are so broken and different from each other
On one side, Physical trailblazer deals really good damage and crushes enemy shields, while being able to hit 3 enemies at once
On the other side, fire trailblazer, well... you tell me

Gaspard was one of the 1st 5 star units I got and I immediately replaced him the moment I got fireblazer. Actually psychotic how strong it is and I cant wait to see if the trailblazers others path are just as crazy.
You can go build team tailblazer with gerpard and march...
Then nothing can't kill you
One of Tailblazer trace is give everyone 15% dmg reduction when use skill and you got gerpard to make a shield
And if you runout of shield you still have march
Never swapped from physical to fire, got gepard c1and it's unreal
Any verdict on the battlepass lightcone? Looks like a potentially fun long term build with R5 giving a big bonus too ult damage, which would work with Trailblazer? Also gives a def buff which is also great for their damage.
The destruction battle pass lightcone is my favorite one, gives more heals on top of your healer.
funny enough after i reached TL40, the game gave me a lot 5* relic that could make def, crit and crit dmg fire mc and with that battle pass preservation light cone for a bruiser playstyle, unfortunately that light cone is only additive, not a final dmg bonus. I don't recommend it, since your dps will do 1/40th or more later on. But im picking it for a fun build.

Is good to have def on the trailblazier
It's important to say that if two chars have the same speed, the one at the rightest position will attack first.
So in case it happens, put your TB in slot 4 and the other with the same speed in any sequential slot.
Should I change my main stat speed boots with a def% one if my speed is 114?
When I change type, if I've already boosted the physical traces, do I have to start over to boost them or do they stay?

What about Landau's choice with Guard of Wuthering Snow relic set? They become a really tanky self healing damage sponge. Also energy recharge from Guard feels nice.

Should I go for break effect? Or standard def and attck build? Build effect dmgs usefull when your enemy has element weakness right.
I have no content other than forgotten hall to complete so far since I haven't got to lvl 40 but I'm pretty sure I'll need pyro trailblazer for difficulty 2, tbh when you're underleveled tanking is everything, you can't go just with heals because it's so easy to get killed with 1 charged or hard hit of any boss
Once the game is out on ps i will never take him out of the team 🔥 he has so good fashion taste

you can clear pretty much all content with Fire Trailblazer and Natasha/Bailou alone lmao
It's slow but you literrally can die and your enemies dying.
Good to see pretty much all the characters in this game is useful.
I would use Preservation more if I had any decent Physical attacker outside of Natasha. Destruction still does absolute work though - it's also just damn gratifying smashing enemies with a baseball bat. Ichiban can do it well so Stelle just took lessons from him.
Beat simulated universe 5 and 6 thanks to the “trash”-blazer! Invest in them guys they actually good!
lets also consider its rare for turnbase games to have our mc to be very powerful

I'm happy that the builds are more straightforward (read: easy) here compared to Genshin. You just stack DEF on a tank character and you're good to go lmao

Hello ! I've asked around but have gotten conflicting answers, so i figured I'd come here in hopes of finding a good answer. I have the following accounts:
Seele, Bailu, Natasha c4, Serval c2, Pela c2
Seele, Welt, Yangqing, March c1, Natasha c1, Serval c2
I've heard people say that having double healers is better for endgame, but that Welt will also be useful, so I can't decide which to actually play. I know it doesn't really matter as you can clear all content with 4 stars. That said, using Hu Tao is obviously easier than using Xianyan to clear Abyss, so i'm looking for the past of least resistance. Thanks in advance for assistance !

the fact that MC can change paths and also builds before a fight in SU is such a feat!
so right now im playing fire mc, seele, bailu and serval, my idea is change serval for a suport, if im using fire mc and seele the best suport to use is asta no? is i pick the weapon for seele speed is really needed and asta trait buff mc, so i should drop serval for asta no?
