I guess Kuro devs removed these flashbacks of Rover because they want the story to progress slower to create more contents in the game

from the rover's flashbacks in the CBT1.
Have you noticed that Jue was in some kind of lab ?
which means centinels are artificially made and used to fight off the threnodian. And Rover is chosen to resonate with Jue. And based from the 1.1 version where we get to ask Jue. Have you noticed that Jue was some kind of programed to follow Rover's commands ?
And when Abby noticed Jue. He said that he is somewhat the same with abby but different. Abby is born and have free will while Jue was created and programmed.

and it is also possible that Rover was experimemted in a lab to become the very first resonator that is why she/he was the only one chosen to resonate with Jue.
You will see this on the very first part of Rover's flashback where Rover was sleeping in a water kind glass tank and was woken by the scientists then sets off to fight the threnodian to test his/her new strength but wasn't enough. Which is why scientists there introduced Rover to Jue to resonate then they set off to war with threnodians and won.

Great video! I love me some lore and you both had some fun theories. also it's wild that calcharo was on the standard banner and hasn't been in game at all, while camellya is one of the first characters we see in game and there is no sign of her banner

then about the scientists of court of savantae who created the mech abomination wanted to replicate the creation of Jue which they refer as miracle of the ancient civilization but failed and based on what Aalto said, the memebers of court of savantae disappeared after. Next will be based on my theory. Maybe this caused the creation of Fractsidus where instead if making a new centinel echo, they chose to make everyone to become a resonator and use the tacet discords to resonate as their solution to win against threnodians.

Thanks for the lore VOD! Super entertaining, as well as great theories. I kind of support the theory of the Fractsidus being the good guys mainly because of the item we get from Illusive Realm.
