I've never thought to practice doubles like that. I've just always worked my way through the most common doubles first, 20, 18, 16, etc. Then I might throw a round at the less common ones. Also, being in the US where we throw lots of Cricket I throw at treble 16 and 15 a lot as well. By the way, Dave, I've been throwing with the Harrows Clic system for the last couple of months and have to say that I really like them. Not so much for the spinner aspect as I still see some deflections, but for the durability. I'm still using the original set up I started with and they're holding up tremendously well. Thanks for that and good luck in the UK Open.

I would like to say since the recommended video about the breathing and how to approach the board. My nerves and anxiety has decreased a lot, I struggled to win matches in my league but now I’ve got my self into a doubles games on a Monday, I’ve won the last 3 weeks in a row due to your advice and information within these videos.
Thanks so much for explaining everything and making everything clear in the videos.
Keep up the good work dave 👌🏻

Cheers Dave. Another good vid.. I'm just starting to practice 501 now. I started with round the board. It's showing me that grouping and a straight darts is key... just as you say.
Roll on my lesson haha. Have a good'en at the open buddy. 😉👍🎯

Thanks for the vid Dave. I was wondering about the intensity you have to put in. So, you do every single visit as concentrated and focused as possible right?
And did I get this correct that you favor shorter practice session (15 to 30min) that you repeat over the day?
    Cheers!
