Your production quality is off the charts. Seriously, impressively done. Feels like a full scale TV production.
Thanks Keith, Matt will be very happy you said that 👍🎥

9:28 I’ve watched this episode several times and I got to give props to your team for the exquisite editing, camera work and music choices. Brilliant!!
They really are VERY lucky to have such a great camera man in Matt. The guy really produces some excellent videos.
Count duckula was such a classic show absolutely loved running home after school to watch it lol
Duckula is awesome and he always seems to show up when we are filming TSOT
@@leicestervintagetoyshop I live in chorlton, where duckula, dangermouse, chorlton and the wheelies etc were produced by cosgrove hall!
That second shop was completely up my alley so much carded 80s & 90s😮 the green earth worm Jim loose is the mail away exclusive
Great stuff thanks Ed!
It just gets better and better!
Thanks very much!
12:00 on Sundays!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks very much!
Joe, sorry to heart about your football team's trouble. I have been a Man U fan since Wayne Rooney played for them. Soccer was the only game I could letter (too small, too slow) in in high school and I have always followed it.
Amazing content as always. Just binge watched 3 eps in a row. These toy shops you visit have been toy heaven. Looking forward to more. Thanks!
Thanks Mike!
This is my favourite show. ❤
Ah thanks Dan!!
Yes!! Settling in to watch now...Thanks guys.
Hope you enjoy!
Yet another great watch, thanks to all involved in producing this 😊👍
Thanks very much!
Ahhhhhhhhh mini tank! 😉 Dark dimensions toy shop....is my favourite of the second series so far.....so many amazing things in there! Incredible 😍
Hello gents, great video and great buys, this series is really good. Swiss and Italian people are very welcoming.
We had an amazing time throughout Europe. The toys and the people made the trip 👏👏
That Dark Dimensions shop had amazing stuff, also your TSOT theme tune is so catchy
Thanks very much!
Outstanding and very entertaining...thanks guy!
Another brilliant episode guys 👏🏻👏🏻 roll on next Sunday 🎉🎉
Thanks very much
Another amazing episode!!!

Amazing show!
Thanks for watching!
Another great episode 👏.
Thanks very much!
A truly beautiful country ❤
Amazing, such a beautiful place
Another great video! Thank u for showing us Europe and discovering cool toy shops and collectors.
I'm starting a list to the places to go :)
Thanks very much!
Joe's face when he's holding the TinTin figures, the dilemma of personal collecting versus commercial decisions! :D
It really was a tricky decision!
Ah, the marsupilami cartoon used to be shown on ITV in the early 90s as part of the Disney club. It had a great theme tune.
In the U.K.? Didn’t know that.
Great episode keep them coming 🙂
Thanks very much!!
Another amazing collection of toy shops! I think that Dark Dimensions shop had the best entrance, so cool and wow! The toys in there! I hope you went back for those Tin Tin dolls
Dark dimensions was awesome! We want a toy shop with a bar in it as well!
😂 needs to be done@@leicestervintagetoyshop
Another great episode! I was surprised how big and cool that last stop was!
It’s a great place Dark dimensions. 👏👏

Thanks very much!
Best episode so far and I want that Maurice Moss shirt!!! OMFH
Thanks very much!
Thx again guys for this amazing content!
Thanks Leo!
I think the reason I might keep forgetting to like and comment may be because I am in a toy-coma and I am drooling lol.. not even close to the Italian episodes lol but this dark dimension place is waking me up lol
Well we appreciate your comment now!
Dark dimensions is a great shop!!
29:06 Yes a very underrated toy line, I think I got mine at the end of run bitd since I only had one and don't recall seeing anything else. Just looking at my dude standing on the fridge, magnets are still good. ;)
And los amos from mexico...and many carded motu!
Good to see Skateboard Smackups :•)
Cool underrated line 👍
Great video as always, this should be on the TV....
Thanks Earl!
Another excellent episode.
Bravo! another cracker - roll on episode 4!
Thanks very much!
Couldn't watch straight away but fascinating just how much Pokemon cards can go for. Interesting comics recommendations from Gav too. And then the scary-as-only-not-so-much Dark Dimensions, the sheer range in there and 3D printed Visionaries totems! It's funny how these things are universal constants across countries...
Liked the weird music that coincided with Gav's weird stuff segment ( shop 2 ). Disappointed though that a musical number didn't kick-in with Gav dancing through the aisles. Maybe on the blooper reel? Fantastic stuff as always tho fellas!!
Noted 🤓😂
I'm in Sydney Australia, and bought the entire set of those Tin Tin figures mint from Forbidden Planet when I lived there for 6 months back in 1992. I sold them off on eBay around 5 years ago (for a small profit) to make space for other toys, but was most happy to sell them to another collector to enjoy and display, given I had just kept them mint boxed. Sadly the "skin" of the figures was made from a weird rubber which started to "sweat", so in my opinion they are best kept in a dry cold enviroment.
The Two Ronnies!!! OMFH lol
Love em!
haha yes! i looked to make sure someone referenced that wonderful outro! :) I wonder if Matt has ever wanted them to spoof Laurel and Hardy (said with the upmost love Joe & Gav) ;)
Some Micronauts love! Thank you! Another great episode. Tin Tin not my thing but the condition & art on those boxed figures made me look twice. Roll on next Sunday
Plenty of micronauts love coming very soon to the show!
@@leicestervintagetoyshop now thats an exciting tease!
Ermmm Joe, we might need to talk about that Pokémon box 😅
LOVE!
I am not excited about the Micronuts toy BUT I do get excited about Michael Golden the artist of the comic back in the 1970s-80s.
Amazing artwork!
My favourite show on UA-cam, but do we have to make an appointment with your highnesses in order to purchase an item from your store?😂 well ifso i request an appointment most humbly with your excellencies. OPEN YOUR SHOP BOYS.
We open 10-4 Tuesday to Saturday…….
You can make appointments on Sundays and Mondays if you can’t fit your visit in during opening hours.
Awesome 👍
Is a new place with a bar the new business idea you mentioned the other week?? 😉
Ha! We wish!
Another ace episode lads. Looking to get into Dino Riders, are they really as breaky as you say? What should I do to make sure they don't break when interacting with them?
Yep, very very breaky. It’s the accessories rather than the dinos that are the issue. Play value is fantastic if brief!
It's not enough Switzerland got rich by acting as a bank for looted Nazi gold, they've got all the toys too!
I love Marx stuff, I've got the silver Knight and a boxed gold Knight with horse! 1968, lovely figures. I'd like a complete loose Viking, but they're quite hard to come by. Still, I keep an eye out...I think they did two Vikings, I want the one with the beard.
You know my views on the Wonder of Micronauts! I'd like to find one of the Japanese Jeegs we didn't have in the European/ US markets, we only got Karza and Force Commander. I won't blither on this time, I'm writing while watching! May send a PS if 'owt occurs to me!
Nice one, guys!😁👍
Thanks Dave!
"just something i found" talking about a sealed, unlimited jungle booster box lol.
Its Atoy K! Pack Up Your Troubles and A Toy Hunting We will Go with Joe and Gav's Perfect Day. You would be a Block Head to miss them go Hog Wild over toys as they go Tit for Tat with other dealers as they travel, North East, South and Way Out West to find the best toys. It's Double Whoopee for the boys!
Now there’s a Laurel & Hardy fan! Wow, that’s a lot of film references! Hope you enjoyed seeing the toys, I’d never seen a lot of them myself. If you search “On the Trail of Stan & Ollie” you’ll see i’ve been trying to make a documentary about “The Boys” over the last few years & even made some film location films with Bob Satterfield for the Laurel and Hardy forum… i’ve ended up working with my own Stan & Ollie now, “Why don’t you do something to help me! Doh!”
@@mgl76 Wow that's fantastic-I will certainly check out "On the Trail of Stan and Ollie". I'm 46 and have been a fan all my life, ever since they used to run them on BBC 2 (I think...) on weekdays along with Harold Lloyd films. I have collected books and have all their films on DVD. They always have a special place in my heart.
I love this series (Toy Shop on Tour) it is really top quality. It feels far more than a you tube documentary series. The professional way it is put together and the brilliant content has made it quite literally my favorite You Tube Notification to get. When I know a new video is up, I know great entertainment is a click away. Keep up the good work! I'm off now to check out your Stan and Ollie film :)
@@ben8447 Thanks Ben… and snap. I’m 46 too and it was BBC 2 at 6.30 in the 80’s plus the films they played over the summer holidays. Me and my cousin had a tradition for years of playing Laughing Gravy on Christmas Eve. I think Laurel and Hardy is a big reason I got into film making. When I heard Stan & Ollie was coming out I fell in love with them all over again. I made a little film at the BFI premiere that ended up on the Blu-ray and it look me on a little adventure to Hollywood to meet Stan Laurel’s Great Granddaughter. The four year old me would never have believed that! I think if you really “get” Laurel & Hardy you do have a strong emotional connection with them & they stay with you through out your life, like the toys you played with as a kid.
Glad you like the show and appreciate the work we’ve put in too, it’s great to hear “United we stand” (slips on soap, yells, falls into water)
100% agree with Matt, EVERYBODY should read Maus.
I’d like to take the credit but Gav said it… I have to agree though 👍
Hi guys! Let me please point something out: The Los Amos Del Universo are not South American, those are 100% exclusively Mexican created by Aurimat in Tijuana, Mexico. Same thing with one of your videos mentioning about the Lili Ledy created for the Central American market, that's not right either. Lili Ledys were created by the legendary Mexican Company Lili Ledy in Mexico City. Mexico is North America, not central or South America. Central America covers a very small region of small countries from Belize, Guatemala and so on down to South America which ends in Argentina and Chile. Neither one of these toys were ever produced or sold in the regions you mentioned during the 80´s. North America is conformed by the Mexican Republc, The United States and Canada. Cheers!
Apologies got our north, central and South America regions mixed up. Thanks for clearing that up…. No wonder we keep getting lost 😂
@@leicestervintagetoyshop Nie problem pal! Just saying cause Mexico was among the top 5 leading toy creators in the 80´s and the figures from that country and very distinguishable and desirable nowadays.
Man the US sucks, we have to drive so much farther to get to so much worse places than Italy and Switzerland. My toyshop on tour could take me to Iowa, or New Jersey!
Wish I had toys to trade you for the jungle box. Pokemon is my thing, well all trading card games, but pokemon is the top of the top
Long gone now sadly.
"amazin"
again, TONS of ads, it gets very frustrating watching these due to this
That’s UA-cam for you 🤷♂️ not much we can do I’m afraid
but if this TV show was on ye ol' TV, think how many more ads we'd have to sit through (and with no skip button!) :)
I had lots of Timpo as a kid but others my age now, don't know what I am on about.
When I show them my Timpo, they say "Ah, Swappits". I'd never heard them called that before.
Britains Swoppets are similar but quite different. More detailed generally and more pricey at the time as well.
