The intro is very long. I'm listening to this at work, for my job but the first 5-7 minutes were an introduction to who everyone was and where they came from. I could have read this in the text before I clicked on it. Some good ideas but it took quite a while to get to the point. I realize I could read the book but this video was shared that it would be really informative... I felt like I was listening to an infomercial where they discuss that there are things to do but never get to get to the point. :(
