Because I read the book. I am very disappointed with the backstory. Because it makes it look like Chippy was this horrible person that broke up this couple? And that's not how it went down. When she first met LC It was in the college library and after Sam beat her down, LC took her home to NeNe and they nursed her back to health. Thats when Chippy fell in love with LC. Also in the book LC didn't cheat on Donna.He would not even have Intercourse with Chippy because he felt that was cheating. But I don't want to spoil the rest of it but eventually chippy and LC got Jr. Donna was stuck up and a horrible person. None of the brothers liked her and NeNe didn't like her either. She and her Dad thought she was better than the Duncans. Until her father lost all his money. But it's a lot to this story. And I really didn't like the way it's given the impression that Donna was done wrong. And that Donna was some good girl that just loved LC so much Donna is trash.
Hey I understand but I think this was the purpose to create this on the initial flashback this foolishness this idea that Donna is justified 😫😫 … they are supposed to do more flashbacks next episode so I hope they paint a better picture…. the real one from the book ….

I love Larry. I want to see LC and Larry team up. Larry is hilarious!!! I think once Vegas or I’ll say Curtis tells Junior the truth. He will come around since Curtis didn’t necessarily grow up with them and he is their cousin although that can piss him off further but it’s gotta be something that brings Junior back other than his wife being pregnant. Things could get bad with the Dash’s and Junior could be in danger and end up having to be saved by his family.
Vegas and the siblings do not know what chippy is going through because chippy is their mother somebody could have told him a long time ago plus it seems like they don't care about his feelings they think he should just get over it Donna is Not Innocent LC is not innocent or chippy everybody who knew is wrong

Donna daddy got in some trouble and he left Donna and her mother broke Donna got on drugs and someone told chippy and she went to see for herself and she found Donna in a drug house and was pregnant so she took some where she could help her. Till she could give birth to Jr. Donna wasn't trying to keep the baby till chippy told her to give him to her. So she offered her anus ticket money and drugs and she gave Jr to chippy.
For some reason I think that chippy Donna And nene are going to get along in future seasons I think that Junior would definitely like that because they need to start getting along instead of keep beefing
Hey everyone! I enjoyed learning some of Trio's background. Both Donna and Chippy were wearing the same colors. Donna really was pushing LC to be with her because it was her plans to have his Jr. child and have a big home with him so LC was just going with the flow. LC had love for Donna but wasn't in love with her and as soon as he met Chippy, instantly he knew that they had something special
This episode was a solid 7. Junior is replacing Harris with Antonio Dash. Like Father Like Son with LC Duncan with Vegas, Orlando and Junior and the Big Sam's/Hell Fire women. I wonder if Junior ever met Donna father. Young Chippy look like a young Tammy Roman(London).
Junior is just treating Sonya like that to justify his actions for not having a traditional bachelor's party. It seems like there is a calculated reason why L C. did not give Jr more responsibility.
Junior's dumb, you're mad at everyone in your family even though most of your siblings knew nothing about Donna being his mother. Sonya needs to get the divorce papers together. The twins?(or two out of the triplets) have their own problems that they're dealing with. Antonio might be killed at the end of the season since he's looking into Vinny's death. I do think Chippy was wrong for going after LC like that knowing he had fiance, but I think the things that she and LC had in common are what ultimately led to LC standing up Donna.
See, this is what I didn't like about the episode because it wasn't like Chippy just went after LC. Chippy really wasn't even given him that much action. He kept trying to talk to her when they first met in the library. But the episode is making it look like Chippy disrespected Donna. She did pull Donna man from her. But that wasn't her initial intention. He kept trying to talk to Chippy and he still didn't cheat on Donna.
I just watch it um this my opinion i dont own the book but am trying to be rational here 😅donna was controlling insecure and temperamental even tho technically lc didn't cheat on her and was honest to her 🤔 i felt he should've understood why it hurt her and she shouldn't have held on to so much pain. Chippy is innocent as far as we see 👀 she was sweet smart and clearly the girl lc wanted she was also a great mom to junior which donna should be thankful for even sasha loved chippy donna has grudge that will ruin the family because shes blinded and hurt. Lc should've told him after he hit 18 and is the one wrong also in my opinion. I dont understand how jr could run into mommies arms like that (and yes am always on the mom side but not this one) i would be asking why didn't she take care of me why wait till now and whats her real problem Vegas is tired 😫 😩 😅😂so am i and he made points didn't know curtis knew the truth but should've guess everyone does plys i think hes younger than junior lc brother is funny but right donna always want to one up chippy she should've kept that until she died. Love ur breakdowns its a tough situation but pretty simple

Chippy is not totally innocent, either. I also read the books. I can’t stand old “nosy” Sonya. If she would have told LC what Née Née and Curtis were hiding, Larry would have never kidnapped him! Plus, she knew about Harris’ old lying and cheat self and kept quiet. I wish that Xavier would come back and kidnap her for good. Roman, I pray that you will be better than your “whiny” triplet brother and sister, Rio and Paris! I also hope that Niles finishes off them for good, also! Niles and Xavier can also take out Nee Nee, Orlando, Ruby, Chippy, and Harris.
The books definitely portrayed Chippy and LC better. She didn’t even like the man when she first met him, romantically. It was more of a platonic respect, so the show definitely aggravated me, when they made her out to be a man-stealing skank 😭
