i did all of quests, only 1 requiered, the white one. i came to portal of Tornado Assault, but it's didn't work when i tried to go in it, I don't know why,

I was hearing that the Phantom Ruby is coming to SSS. Please a boss fight against Infinite not Eggman, it be cool he comes into the game. Also hopefully he gets the same treatment as Neo Metal Sonic and to play as him. If someone can help me I can't travel to other places, I'm playing on the PS4.

gamefan can’t add infinite because sega doesn’t allow them to add “dead” characters to the game so sadly he won’t be coming

You might need to unlock Emerald hill first if you haven't already. Otherwise it might be a teleporting bug like some others said on here
