I am not sure if ‘Garland of the Guru’s sayings(Guru vachaka kovai)’ is on your list, if not could you please add it(only if that’s okay). It contains verses that Bhagavan himself has spoken at different times but deep with Spiritual meaning.
I am curious, here we have a focus on awareness/ the Self whereas Vipassana focuses on the impermanence of body and mind leading to insight, presumably of the same reality pointed to in the Ribhu Gita. How to reconcile these 2 seemingly contradictory meditation practices and thereby to a deeper insight into the true meaning of “You are That?”
I just was wondering in sharing all this teachings from different traditions how this may have transform your practice If you still have any..I think you are in retreat now..Thank you Samaneri
