The criticism he gets is 100% deserved after maybe one of the worst starts to a United career in history. BUT if he can actually turn it around and get back to the form that made United want him in the first place, it'd be an incredible comeback. The fact he's taken all this abuse, been man enough to own it, and is starting to perform is already quite impressive. The amount of pressure he's been under is something that normal human beings and even players at other clubs will never come close to experiencing, so if that ends up making him stronger, more power to him!
