You have no idea how happy that makes me! Some videos don't answer the questions I have, so I know how it feels for sure. Let me know here or in the discord if you need explanations for anything else. Thanks for the comment! -Z
I have spent 2 evenings and as many afternoons trying to work out interpolation on unhelpful forums and videos and everytime it returned an error and with your tutorial it worked first try. Thank you ZIG, this is top notch help.
Thank you so much! Wow this means so much to me. I am super glad you got this figured out. Blender can be such a headache sometimes. Have a wonderful rest of your day. 😄 I hope you create something amazing
Regarding the weird interpolation. You have to count your strokes, if you do that, you will get super smooth transition of your ghost walking! Just found that in a different video.
Yes because it interpolates the position based on the index of the points in a stroke. If you modify the stroke then the order is messed up and some points are moved to the wrong position in the next keyframe. You could count every point or just use the sculpt tool to move the existing points around.
I feel like you'd be a great teacher Zac 🤗🍵. You should teach a digital design class and upload your lessons here to have your students follow along thru the pandemic!
I've watched 12 interpolating tutorials, and this one finally explained WHAT it is. Thank you
