Meredith MacRae was lovely inside and out. She died tragically from a brain tumour in her 50s. Larry Blyden was vacationing in Morocco where he died in a car accident. He was 49. RIP to all those who are no longer with us.
Gordon MacRae (1921-1986), one of the finest baritones to ever grace films (Oklahoma!, On Moonlight Bay and Carousel to name a few) divorced his first wife, actress/comedienne Sheila (The Honeymooners) MacRae (1921-2014) in 1967. She was Meredith's mom. The wife he was referencing here was his second wife, Elizabeth Lambert Schraaft (1925-2010). ,
What was the deal with something that Gordon MacRae said being edited out? Genuine question, this was made before I was born and I'm British anyway so I'm not even close to being able to work it out. Family address or something?
@@ronflatter1235 Ah yes that would make sense, thanks. These shows were sent around from station to station on tape back then weren't they (something I read to the effect anyway - a different way of doing things, over here they'd have sent them "down the line" outside of broadcast hours which would generally be much quicker but that only works when there are only 15 stations in your network!).
Meredith MacRae was such a classic beauty.

He probably said a specific date or time period that occurred before the show’s air dates in syndication.
