My favorite was the Fusion Cannon from Turok 1. It's a shame they didn't let you use it on the Campaigner.

Nuke - Best looking / animation
PSG - Best weapon effect
There is a cheat code called "I am Turok" that let's you use all weapons from both characters in game.
Flickering lights isn't the best map to demonstrate weapons, dude.
