Thought I'd skip the notes this time as they'd probably clash with the candles and ruin the atmosphere 😄 But, after Halloween (if I manage to get a cover done in time) it will be back to regular scheduled programming. Until then, I hope you enjoy this lovely magical waltz 😊🎶 Take care, everyone

👍1 How do you know this music? I checked out the composer but he doesn't have a Wikipedia article so what is the context of this music?
The piano setting sounds very "cinematic" and the music would fit a period movie set during the first half of the 20th century.
That mellow sound with the reverb creates a somewhat distant sound suitable for historical themes.
It reminds me of "The Downfall". Speaking of which: did you watch "Falling Down" and "The Assasination of Richard Nixon"? Great depictions of how a normal person can be pushed to the edge.
What is the meaning of inserting that noise of people at the end?

I'm not really aware of any context around this piece. It was published last November and it has a picture of a carousel. That's all I have to go on lol.
The reverb is still quite on the high side, but it didn't fit the piece to me when it was turned down. I think it fits better with that distant dreamy, and yes historical sound.
I can honestly say of all the people I was thinking of when playing this piece, Richard Nixon wasn't one of them 😆 I haven't seen those videos, but of course I'm always curious.
And, the sound of people at the end is to accompany the video on the tablet. I had the idea to have the carousel spin at the end of the video (with the help of hallucinogenic AI) and it just seemed weird without sounds.

@@FatedRefrain But how did you found that piano music to begin with?! It just popped up randomly and immediately made you want to learn it?
It would have been good idea to insert that picture of the carousel at the end and maybe even in the beginning or during the video. Well, it might be because of me because since I watched it on the phone, I couldn't see that carousel clearly.
I sometimes mix up those titles since "The Downfall" and "Falling Down" sound so similar. The score for "The Downfall" has a piano sound comparable to yours.
Then I just went from there to mention "Falling Down". When I was young, I thought it was hilarious with this guy actually doing what many secretly might fantasize about but I now also realize how tragic it is as I understand that this could happen to many of us.
This short scene is a classic. ua-cam.com/video/zJs9p-VNORw/v-deo.htmlsi=kOoVqce5gGrrVgYp
Michael Douglas acted so well in that movie which also portrays how messed up society started to become in the 1990s.

While "Falling Down" has comical elements, "The Assassination on Richard Nixon" is pure serious with Sean Penn playing a man who loses everything end blames it on the goverment and plans to fly a plane into the White House. This is based on a true story!
His ex-wife is played be Naomi Watts which is interesting as they both appeared in "21 grams".
If you search the title at the bitchute website, you can find the movie there.
