I tried your Photoshop comparison test and saw that Ultra HD made a definite improvement in the details of my images, so thanks for that tip, and how to quickly copy from discord into photoshop. I appreciate your step by step method. A lot youtubers change a whole bunch of stuff at once to make comparisons.

The results are understandable. Midjourney doesn't know what HD, 4k or 16k is, and it doesn't do any pixel size magic. Midjourney has been trained on image+text pairs. When you add a certain tag, Midjourney tries to mix into your image some of the style that it found on other (preexisting) images that had the same tag. So if MJ has seen many images that had 4k or 8k mentioned, it'll emulate a butt if that look. There aren't too many images tagged with 16k anywhere in the world, so MJ doesn't know what to mix in. That's how the AI works.

@@AIArtistTV In a way, the MJ knows kind of what a very well-educated artist/art historian knows: terms or artists that are well known to visual people will also work strongly with MJ. But obscure/rare terms will often get weak results - because of the term is very rare, then MJ didn't have much chance to "read" about it (learn from the image-text pairs)
@@AIArtistTV But the most important thing to remember is: MJ doesn't, for example, "put any light" behind a person of you say "backlight" - instead, MJ IMITATES the common aspects of all existing images that it has seen and that have been tagged with "backlight".

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but in the second half of the video when he combined the various types of modifiers he was using "Full HD" but earlier on he came to the conclusion that "Ultra HD" was the better option. Was this a simple mistake or did I miss something? Regardless, very useful information. Thanks.
Man, I do have this problem, I mix both all the time, thats why now, lately I added on my /prefer configuration permanently the Ultra. :)

Why don't you press Ctrl-+ a few times before you start recording, or record at a lower screen res? Most of your screen space is wasted and all text is tiny.

@@AIArtistTV - great video and I am grateful for the explanation. My suggestion is too give "wordtune read" a try, it will transcribe your video and also provide high points; unless UA-cam studio has those capabilities.
@@fruitlessbeast Maybe Stylist isn't impatient. In his own way he gave some constructive feedback. People's free time vary. 30min may be too long for one topic/video. If possible, shorter would benefit him as a creator. 5-10 min less would get him more clicks. Also I would appreciate a little shorter videos lol. Either way great content!
