Those double pirouettes though! 👏🏻 I am a musical theatre student and I'm also not really a dancer, I also did ballet and jazz dance as a kid, quit when I was 11 and then restarted at 18. But you can still do the job! Not every show requests a high level of dancing and there are many popular actors even on Broadway who aren't dancers!
Emily, I just want to thank you for what you said about starting things, even at whatever age we are at. I once did ballet, but I quit, even though I've always loved it. Lately, I've been wanting to start it again, but have felt kind of discouraged and embarrassed, feeling like it's too late. After seeing you do exactly what I want to do, I feel so much more hopeful!
