They are not streaming the game, physical files have to be altered in order to change the value of an item in the game.

@@PureShinigami What are you talking about? When you open a case you communicate to a server that then sends a string representing the item that should "drop". The case doesn't hold anything at all before you decide to open it. Items are not hardcoded into the boxes.
