sounds like a Squarewave or a Sine and either with Unison with only minimal Phase-differences and with Tube-Distortion on top of that
EDIT: A Quick Test in Sylenth1 with one Osc, 8 voices and minimal Detune, the Tri-Saw gave the most accurate recreation, before and after applying Overdrive-Distortion.
