Both options are gorgeous !!! However I would go for the non halo every time . There is just something about a solitaire ! You guys make the most beautiful settings though I must say !!
I agree, both are gorgeous however, the non halo's in this video are not solitaires. A solitaire has no diamonds in the setting at all and only has the one center stone. These are side diamonds. Just saying :)
I hear ya! I love halo's and they are my fav setting, however, if the center stone is too large (but for me 1.50 ct and larger) the over all look is too big.
No halo. Shows the beauty of the diamond you’re paying a LOT of money for. Unless it’s emerald I like halo with emerald. But halo with radiant cut takes away from the center stone beauty for me
No halo! A solitaire ring is a timeless beauty. I do love the pear with the hidden halo though, it's a nice touch. Makes the center stone appear larger yet still maintains the look of a solitaire!
I don't think the non halo maintains the look of a solitaire as these non halo rings have diamonds down the shank. I would not like just a hidden halo and plain shank most likely because I'm not a fan of solitaires. Halo's are also timeless and classic as this style actually goes back further in time than a solitaires even before a diamonds became the standard center stone for an engagement when color stones were the thing in the 1800's. I like both styles in this video.
I love the halos the most too as long as the center stone is not too big as it will make the over all ring too huge. But don't worry about it ever becoming dated as Halo are a classic now and will never go away (like the name Michael, it will always be on the baby boy name list no matter what is trending). Halos go all the way back to the 1800's and have evolved into the modern look of today and will continue to evolve.
Halo for sure, however it is more expensive to get a halo to equal a 3 ct solitaire than it is to get the solitaire, so I am struggling with making a choice.

Thank you so much!

If 3 carats or more I prefer the one stone. if less, I prefer a small halo.
I feel the same

Both are absolutely beautiful, but since I prefer a large stone, the non halos are a winner for me.
The halo and non halo rings center diamonds are the same size in this comparison.
@@usfanlovesminho5085I know that, but once again I prefer a larger stone. I feel a halo takes away from a larger stone.
Both options are beautiful but the rings without the halo are my favorite.
Team halo!!! But both are beautiful.

I'm team halo, I just fear it is going to look dated as time goes on

Halo, Halo and Halo..!! Except the round cut..!
Lol I love the halo the most too but for me I love it especially on the round. :)
No Halo shows the stone better it doesn’t look cramped IMO
No halo!
Halo enjoy the sparkle!!
