      I’m finally feeling good now (week 6)
      Have the energy to train and get my 10k steps!
      Glad that you’ve had a vacation and still enjoyed yourself!

    I would say not bad at all!! And yay for a great vacay, I am Southern girl too and living in Arizona...they dont even have grits at the grocery store,lol... so when you said southern breakfast, I just knew it was good!! Your makeup looks so pretty,also what type of lashes did you apply? they look awesome

      lol NO GRITS! That is ridiculous! lol and yessss, worth every calorie and thank you! I use the B&Q lash glue and lash clusters ( all on amazon ) ❤

    Good morning very pretty make up. I don’t wear makeup on the daily. Only on special occasion. I hate the time it takes. My fourteen yr old is in to it now every morning it’s an extra 15 minutes just for that lol. So I did the 5.0 shot yesterday so far so good no new side effects. I did walk the treadmill everyday last week this week I’m going to work on more steps. I got to 6000 most days but I want to get to 10000 at least 2 days. Have a fantastic week😃

      lol yes! I wore so much makeup when I was younger, not I wear it to mostly wake myself up lol and awesome! I deff need to get my steps in! 6,000 is a lot! I’m very proud of you! Which days are you going to try to do 10,000 and I’ll try to get 10,000 with you! 💖

      Tuesday and Wednesday are the days I’m able to get the better workout in. I’m taking it slow today cuz 5.0 shot has not given me side affects but I’m checking my glucose monitor and even after breakfast I’m still in the 80s and it should have risen a bit. I’m worried I may get too low. It happened a few time on the 2.5 that’s why the Dr removed and lower meds. I think by tomorrow I’ll have a better understanding and go or the 10000.

      Good morning 🌞 I’m going to try to get to 10000 steps today. Yesterday before I walked the treadmill I ate an apple and my sugar stayed steady. This morning I already got 2000 steps in walking my dog. Hopefully you’ll be able to join me. Have a great day and let me know how you do. 😁👍
