    He speaks about lots of things but, without meaning anything. There are so many generalizations used, particularly at the beginning, so as to render his words as "meaningless". I really don't think that it should come as a big revelation to anyone that law firms -- and the services that they provide and the way that they provide them, need to change.
    What would have been original and insightful is providing specific examples of what and how the law firms and the legal industry "need" to change. Is it their expensive billing practices -- charging by the hour instead of being able to provide more of a fee for service for clients? So much more that could have been elaborated on.

    I live in Minnesota & my question is:
    When they say that a polygraph test is inadmissable in court, does this mean that the results can't even be mentioned in front of the jury?
