You guys might want to look into Lycra dive skins. They are thin Lycra ankle to neck to wrist shear stretchy suits that are often used under wet suits. They will cut down on sun burn (important for all of you!) and will protect you from fire coral should you come across that. It prevents simple abrasion when under the boat cleaning or swimming over shallows in coral. Adult sizes run about 30-60 dollars. Dive shops have them. Amazon has them.

It is so nice to see comments are open. So many times I wanted to say something. Y'all always leave me with a smile on my face, and for that I thank you. When are you going to catch some lobster and have a big lobster feed? Remove the tail, split it down the length on the top, steam for only a few short minutes..........take an empty can, remove the label, melt a few sticks of butter, rip out the lobster tails, dunk them in the butter, and enjoy the wonderrful flavor while the butter runs down your chest. My wife and I own a 45 foot motorhome which we look forward to doing more full-timing when we retire. However I am jealous to see how are you and your family are enjoying this whole experience as a young family indeed. Great channel - Hope to see a Mermaid Monster Memoir that captures all your trips. We are looking at several boats right now an the N57 is at the top of our list. We will be liveaboard for 2-3 years and travelling US east coast (Down East Circle Loop - Hudson, St Lawrence, Nova Scotia, Maine), down to FL keys, Bahamas and Virgin Islands. Love to hear of any regrets with your N55 or limitations due to draft in the islands.

Trust me, we feeling the same! We still have to make an income though, so we are juggling it all for now! Ocean crossing looks probable soon.

Haha we’ve seen the Williamson ones (I think that’s the name) and they are pretty sweet. But totally content with our Highfield for now.

It was a protected wildlife area so we left all the conchs in their home ❤️
