Depends on your age and goals. Switzerland is great but pretty boring. If you are business minded and want to network with the top of the top it won’t be in Swissy (nor in Europe). Singapore is incredibly convenient, liveable, green, low taxes (much better in taxes than Swissy), it’s warm all year and ideally located in South East asia. And a lot of top crypto people live here. Makes it a no brainer to me :)
Raoul, you can stake Solana with a validator and still keep the asset. You dont lose control of the SOL, you just help secure the network and get 7% for your contribution.
Hm so I guess Raoul didn't know that you are not giving anyone custody of your asset when you stake Solana.. you retain ownership and control of your tokens. They remain in your wallet, but they are locked and cannot be used or transferred until you unstake them.
in my opinion, it is better to gain money than to lose it, that's why I work with unimantic project, it is the best of all lines of projects at the moment.

I don't really agree with the yield discussion, I'm happy to farm and cover long positions by going short, I'm not exposed to volatility, the returns are excellent also taking into account the funding rate. in fact what the ethena protocol is doing is an excellent idea but over time it will decrease all the returns elsewhere, they have changed the paradigm
The only thing that made me lose some respect for Raoul is his stance on having children. Obviously everyone is entitled to live their life however they like, but such an oversight on the most important aspect of human life is saddening. There is no greater purpose in this world than having children, the sacrifice of freedom is completely irrelevant.
Imho, although I share your belief that there is no greater purpose in life than having children, the one thing that should make you keep respect for Raoul is his honesty and candidness when it comes to answering this pretty personal question :)

I don't really agree with the yield discussion, I'm happy to farm and cover long positions by going short, I'm not exposed to volatility, the returns are excellent also taking into account the funding rate.
in fact what the ethena protocol is doing is an excellent idea but over time it will decrease all the returns elsewhere, they have changed the paradigm

The only thing that made me lose some respect for Raoul is his stance on having children.
Obviously everyone is entitled to live their life however they like, but such an oversight on the most important aspect of human life is saddening.
There is no greater purpose in this world than having children, the sacrifice of freedom is completely irrelevant.
