Trick :
Insert PIN Locked SIM card in phone (DO NOT enter PIN)
Remove SIM card/SIM Tray and quickly press Power Key one time
This will put phone into Standby mode and from there You can bypass FRP

You are supposed to use your own Google/SAMSUNG account and it's Password. DO NOT ask for my password in comments.

What if you don't have wifi could you use the Sim card instead ??
To bypass phone, you must have a WiFi connection or SIM card data connection.

When I put the SIM card in I don’t get a prompt for a locked password, instead it says WiFi and calls can now work. What am I doing wrong here? Do I need a separate SIM card?
Not separate SIM card. but any SIM card with PIN Locked. You can setup PIN lock on your own SIM card and use it.
