Couple of questions. Can a car be. tracked simply form its remote keyless entry transpondner if CANBUS is hacked. Have you ever heard of car manufacturers quietly integrating a transponder into the ECM/ECU at the request of national security agencies Also have you heard of trackers replacing legit electrical components withe modified ones that contain trackers. For examole ti would be very easy to pop out the existing stop lamp switch under tthe dash and replacing ti with your own. Nobody would have a clue it is actyally a tracker and it receives power from the battery.
bro no one should be concerned of a manufacturer installed tracking device on your car of all things coz if u know it the police knows it and the government knows it. So one day this might save your life
This guy had never used one of these before. He's just been reading the instructions. How do I know? Did you see him when he tried to install the antenna? He even mentioned something to the effect of Oh, it screws on that's good (Or something to that effect.)
Call me a synch but this would be useful to thieves looking to hide/transport stolen vehicles & equipment. Also useful to thieves looking to burgle a property in the future.
If you find trackers or listening devices glue a magnet to it put it on a cop car it’s funny to watch them drive around and and around looking for ya and listening to them self
Modern vehicle tracking devices are only transmitting once every few hours or some once in 24 hours to preserve the car battery. Good luck finding them! Even in remote area or underground garage they are not constantly looking for cell network, unless you have one of those $10 ones from EBay, which is unlikely. There are ways of triggering the tracker to transmit but I'm not disclosing that on UA-cam.

I just purchased the G319 (upgraded version) I tried it in a suspect room (kitchen) and it went off close to the cabinet hinges and various other objects like the refrigerator. I keep getting false positives even with it turned all the way down. Can you please provide a bit more info I even switched my main breaker to the house and still get false positives. Any guidance would be fantastic.
Are you able to use it checking anything that might be attached to the outside of your house are will you be picking up signals from everybody else's Wi-Fi what if they attached the tracker to the outside of the house somewhere will it work then
I just ordered it, dont judge the name but my gf had put gps on my car I've been texed 3 times my exact location by her! I hope it works and finds it, her tracker is live..
I left my phone at home 2 times to test that and she knew where I was 4 towns away. I ordered and liked and subbed, hopefully this will find this crap definitely on my car. Great vid thanks.
So if a person buys a vehicle in full, the car company can still have their GPS on your vehicle and still know your every move....and still take your paid-in-full vehicle...so in reality you never really own anything....they own YOU.
I purchased this device and I was wondering if it is possible for it to get false positive in rooms when living in an apartment building. In my room I took all my electronics out, and placed my phone on airplane mode. I live in a 3 story building on the top floor. The dectector went off in a hole on my ceiling fan that faces my bed. The Top right corner of my closet has a small hole in it and it also went off there. In the bathroom there is a hole above the window in the shower that it went off, in the kitchen it went crayz in the middle of the window frame. My roomates think I'm it's nosense, but I truly believe that we are being bugged.
Hi there. Yes, highly possible when inside a building. It's best to use a low sensitivity setting and sweep the entire area very close to suspected areas.
@@electronicsNmore What I did was I had the setting on low, with one green bar and a tiny flicker of the second bar. And as I got closer to the araa I turned it down even more.
@@electronicsNmore There are only 2 apartments on each floor, we are on the top floor. In the kitchen for example there is the parking are behind our building, then the parking area of the building across from us and their building. In my room for example, it faces the street, however, our apartment overlooks a street that intersects with ours so there is no other building directly in front of us. And if I recall corretly the max detection range is 10 meters? Is that correct? There are no apartments or buildings that are above us.

FOR THE CAR SEARCH, THE WHITE CAR IS NOT MOVING...BUT YOU STATE IT HAS TO BE MOVING MORE THAN 1 MPH IN ORDER TO DETECT THE SIGNAL....I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CONTRADICTION, PLEASE EXPLAIN
There was no contradiction. Clearly I'm not going to film the video with the car moving, and even with the car moving there's no guarantee that you'll pick it up, the signal is sent intermittently. GPS tracking devices use cellular frequencies, so I showed how my phone can be detected while transmitting.

So, lets say that someone is in fact tracking you and you use this device to locate their tracker and you use a jammer to negate their device. Will they know you are using a jammer?
electronicsNmore yeah but won’t this show where they have placed the low jack tracker for anti left or dose that use a completely different way of sending out a single
Also It’s a good video I’m just salty I had a beloved car stolen and they some how found the low jack on it and I been trying to figure out how they did that and your video came up
Lojack uses 173 MHZ. A brief signal is sent every 15 minutes when not activated, and a brief signal is sent every second once activated. So it shouldn't be hard to know if a car has Lojack installed if you place the vehicle in a remote area and turn the detector's sensitivity way up while check in and out of the vehicle. A smart criminal would steal the car and drive it inside of a panel truck with lead sheets on the floor, walls, and door. No signal would be able to escape.
I'm interested in the device for jamming those frequencies all the magnetic attached twins passive even better have a surge a pulse and why push it out
I provide links in the video description area when products are shown in my videos. The same company also sells "blockers", but they're illegal to use in the USA.

Like the type used for tacking animals? You'd need to know what frequency is used. I think they use a GPS device, and the GPS info is sent to a satellite on a set schedule, so you won't be able to detect it unless the frequency is within the range of the device, and you know when the info is being transmitted to the satellite. Usually people just install an illegal GPS jammer/blocker if they suspect a satellite tracker.

Depends what type is being used. An active tracker? Yes. If it only records, and does not transmit, then you're out of luck unless you use a GPS jammer which is illegal. Thanks for watching!
You detected a cellphone, NOT a GPS tracker! GPS trackers do not operate when the vehicle in not moving. They go into sleep mode to conserve power. How do you handle that problem?
The cell phone was used because a GPS real time tracking device uses cellular frequencies. You don't sound too sharp. You never heard of wireless IP cameras? LOL As for the transmit signal from a GPS tracking device, it's a lot longer than 2 milliseconds. Where do you get your info? Geeez. I guess you didn't think of turning off your phone, and going to a remote area with the vehicle and having a person follow the vehicle along side at a low speed by foot to look for a signal. No RF detection device is perfect for every transmitter made.
@@electronicsNmore I received my "information" by using GPS trackers for over 8 years, and by getting training and certification by REI USA. Also I have a General Class radio license and a Florida Board Certified Investigator. We offer professional TSCM service all across the US.
will this pick up a listening bug device with a sim card in it? Does the car need to be powered on for it to pick it up? I got this device today but I don't think I did it correctly with the sensitivity setting, however I did get 2 alarms in 2 spots of the car so I am really unsure. The first one was on top just around the steering wheel area and speedometer. That can't be right? In 3 other cars I tried, it was going off like crazy as soon as they were switched on but im guessing that could be electrical interference or the cars bluetooth/fm transmitter? It would go off more when I took it near the infotainment/media control screens in the cars.
Hi there. Only if the device is transmitting "real time" conversations. Everything in the car must be off, and your phone in airplane mode. Ideally you'd disconnect the vehicle's battery then scan it over. Be careful disconnecting your battery in newer vehicles, you may have to reprogram things.

They should include a inexpensive transmitter(xmtr) to train and test with.

D Stanoev that’s boring. How else should we know if you won’t tell us

The device should detect frequencies between 1MHz and 8GHz : which is the highest frequency you have been able to detect ?
If I recall, that's the range.
@@electronicsNmore If you bring it close to an alarm sensor that detects presence, which typically operates at 5.8 GHz, does it detect anything?
What's the estimated detection range? And do you know any models good for long range?
Detection range will vary based of the power output of the transmitter. If you want a really sensitive unit, then you'll need to spend hundreds of dollars. I can supply a link if you want. Thanks for watching!

With the main breaker off, you shouldn't have anything triggering the device unless you're very close to a neighbor or transmitting tower.
These devices are chinese junk, actual bug detectors (like the ANDRE) are $6000+
Are you able to use it checking anything that might be attached to the outside of your house are will you be picking up signals from everybody else's Wi-Fi what if they attached the tracker to the outside of the house somewhere will it work then
The unit will detect wifi devices.
This can find any types of trackers right?
Not every type. Some only record the route, no transmitting.
Just leave your phone on and muted. It will track everyplace it's been.
Jesus did you even watch the video?
CHRYLSER put this on my car. i never detected it until the sun shown through the back window directly through the radio glass.
Not saying this is the case here, but sometimes they put it in cars for high risk bad credit owner or fleet vehicles at the dealership.

It's not hard to find a tracking device on your car. Just look around 🤷🏻♀️. Multiple videos on here describing how to find them.
So if a person buys a vehicle in full, the car company can still have their GPS on your vehicle and still know your every move....and still take your paid-in-full vehicle...so in reality you never really own anything....they own YOU.
I’d like to purchase this now. Got unusually nose ppl always in my business. 😒
@Symmetra That should work, but since you're in a building, you could be detecting another apartment with WIFI/devices.
So does this help spotting hidden cameras in bathroom, or hotels?
If they transmit a signal outside the bathroom or hotel room, then this detector will find them. Thanks for watching! Be sure to check out my extensive video playlists for other great videos of interest to you, rate thumbs up, and share.
electronicsNmore thank you
Hi, can you track a gps jammer with this device?
Yes, because it's transmitting.
How then do you find out who placed in there?
OK SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T FILM THE VIDEO WHILE THE CAR IS MOVING AND USING THE SCANNER...THE WHOLE POINT IS TO DO IT WHILE THE CAR MOVES, SO WHY NOT SHOW IT LIKE THAT , SO YES IT CONFUSED ME BUT NICE VIDEO THOUGH
Do you know of any RF detector that can tell what the actual frequency that is being transmitted?
Yes, this one is fairly inexpensive:

is it possible to find out whether the car has been installed with GPS or not,?
Only a thorough search of the vehicle will let you know.
So, lets say that someone is in fact tracking you and you use this device to locate their tracker and you use a jammer to negate their device. Will they know you are using a jammer?
If they can't track you, they'll think there's a problem with the unit, or it's being jammed.
Your teaching people to basically take the gps tracker out of the car they stole so thanks
Wrong. Let me know if you'd feel the same way if you suspected a person placed one on your vehicle to track where you go.
electronicsNmore yeah but won’t this show where they have placed the low jack tracker for anti left or dose that use a completely different way of sending out a single

What about satellite transmitters?
Like the type used for tacking animals? You'd need to know what frequency is used. I think they use a GPS device, and the GPS info is sent to a satellite on a set schedule, so you won't be able to detect it unless the frequency is within the range of the device, and you know when the info is being transmitted to the satellite. Usually people just install an illegal GPS jammer/blocker if they suspect a satellite tracker.

Where is this available, website or actual store?
What's the range for normal people like foot or yards
There is no set range, it all depends on the power output of the device.
