Just try getting your pilots license today! Thanks to Lawyers, Insurance Companies and OVER REGULATIONS by our own Government, the process cost a fortune! And takes 6 months or more! My Grandfather completed full training in only 6 weeks!
The process for getting a certificate as well as just flying in general has become more complex to address all the fatalities and accidents from the early days of aviation. It’s all a pain in the ass but necessary
Man, IF ONLY! I have one of these wonderful machines but due to FAA BS and astronomical prices and the shortage of qualified people to work on it, it sits idle and bank interest keeps going as well as airport fees. Love the machine, though. It's today's environment that ruins it.
