btw Vietnam Elf were one of the official sponsors of that AAA(2019), which i think is kind of crazy and impressive. And that red and blue section in the audience when it's zoomed out says (❤SJ), and that's apart from all the other elf who were closer to the stage.
well the sungmin thing was caused by only a section of elfs and most international elf want him back and still fight with the others to this day about him lol. but in general elf fight a lot internally within the fandom theyre crazy and immature but mostly when theyre bored so whenever that happens we're like we need sj group content asap. also sometimes when we're fighing, yesung would post sth and some would then calm down lol
but i havent really seen them instigate sth with other fandoms or artists, at least not in the past few years
haha heechul did cut his hair after this and also participated in the japan special event and looked amazing on stage

Regarding the age thing, I think for some people, they see idols as people that are for a younger audience and so once they get to like 30 or so, they expect them to leave the industry or just fade away. Obviously, idols should be able to continue doing music for as long as they want to. As you said, outside of K-pop, longevity in the music industry is revered, especially since trends change all the time. For example, Jennifer Lopez is releasing her first album in over 10+ years and I happened to watch the MV she released yesterday for the remix to her lead single and she's still got it, even at age 54.

at AAA2019 the camera work was the worst 😭😭 but that award show was fall of great moments specially between suju and seventeen 😭🔥💙💙 and the members reaction throw all of the show was funny .. when Siwon won an award 😂😂😂😂 and the Idols reaction to super junior performance 💙💙

The sungmin situation is just revisitionist history, suju were supportive, elfs were supportive, it was a kelfs specifically that targeted him and spread lies about him being evil which now many elfs believe even just seeing other comments here alone, international elfs literally got his ver of this is love sold out to show their support it was the no1 selling version overseas - he was literally touring in ss6 after getting married but due to the gap of suju hiatus during miltarity and sm not letting them comment about the situation directly kelfs took it as their opportunity to spread their lies and rewrite history as him being a big villain everyone hates and that he lied and was disrepectful and they're not mad cuz he got married but how he went about it ( you mean how the media leaked his relationship is his fault now?) even using leeteuk family situation to make sungmin out to be awful - he was literally in the process of recording blacksuit album (he's in sj returns too they had to edit him out but kept him in one bit in paid behind content to test the waters) when kelfs threatened a boycott of suju - he was always and still is fully the victim in all of this, and the reason why suju still at their big age are afraid of taking any big steps in their personal life
