Just look at saints record when he touches the ball 10 times or more . They rarely lose. The way DA and Payton used Hill has been 1 of the most frustrating things witnessed as saints fan
The int was a reception if it were not for the intereference non-call; the fumble a fluke, Hill has gifted hands. When he runs and passes making gains the whole team steps up.

Quick search on ESPN and it’s 19 fumbles during the regular and post season. 2020 and 2021 were years he started games at QB. In those games he started at QB he had 8 of his fumbles. The narrative that he has a fumbling problem stems from the stint at QB. As a ball carrier he shouldn’t. QBs take a fumble stat for strip sacks (good play by a defender), fumble snaps (often on the center). To lump the fumbles in as a QB with those as a rusher/receiver is incorrect. Saints aren’t asking him to be QB.
I’m going to say it again……… You don’t have to lean on the draft. You have the players. All the restructuring and worrying about draft picks is not the answer. The team can be a playoff team and contender by simply getting free agents and available veterans. Example Marquez Valdes was added and he immediately gave us a win. Veterans can perpetually keep you winning and get you to the playoffs and the fans will love it. The fans don’t want to sit around and wait for something that might happen. Getting and depending on rookies is most of the time maybes. Get immediate results with veterans
