Tibia was a fucking grind back then...put it this way...all manual training, the knight I have on my account is a level 228 with 106 as a base sword skill...that's with offline training and double xp weekends and all the advantages of modern tibia...to get to his sword fighting level back then would have taken countless hours of manual training, not even taking into account how long it took to hit level 200 back in the day. Whoever owned this account was an absolute beast.

Back then, there were no hunting places with so much profit that you could afford to power-hunt. It was done rarely. Basically the only place where you could.. "Power-grind" was Demona, those Warlocks were the bread and honey of mages. I remember paying Nobztrakt 200k back then to hunt for me. Basically you pay the mana fluids and everything else he uses in the hunt. He gets his exp, you get the loot. Nowdays, with the "Tibia-Coins" where if you decide to play you can buy a lvl 700, full set with a fast swipe, that fucked up all the logic and reason in this game. All the exhiliration from hunting and the Adrenaline seeing your enemies mass-log, using Exiva as your main weapon, having strategies where to hunt and how your Guild-mates set their characters and logout around your hunting spot to be able to login and defend if shit goes down.. Bruh.. EDL, VDL being in ownership of the Leading Guilds. Taxes for hunting places, the respect you got if you have given respect. Everything is meaningless in an Server-transferable, Swipe-Friendly game. My long-time wish is that cipsoft makes a server which has i dont give a fuck which expansion (Meaning only graphics tho), just a simple "No-server trasnfers from, or to the server, no TC, no ingame Shop, no 50% more exp if stamina is up, no fucking Stamina, and the most important of all. All the new items Deleted, and no new hunting spots. The max id be cool with would be the Svargrond expansion. Everything past that is dogshit mindless expanding.

Yeah, only runes worked well there for knights as behemoths had physical Resi and a ton of hp. Once you dropped steel boots u had a nice profit even tho it was expensive as hell to hunt this way.
8.1 was indeed the version that completely messed up this game. And the sad part is I would love to play 8.1 over the modern abomination that Tibia is today...
Still the most popular vocation and most highlevels were knights aswell. Overall I would rank Paladin the strongest during these years. While Druids was the worst until 2007

UE was atleast useful compared to Paralyzes and heal friend because people barely used those back then. You got plenty of videos on this channel when players hunting demons easily without Driuids and why whould they? Knights used runes to heal. Everything changed 2007 and ED's was by far the best and most needed vocation for atleast ten years.

Druid was by far the least favourite with only 12 % of the votes. Another video of this channel is called Top Levels Highscores from around 2006-2007. I checked 10 servers randomly and found 16 druids of total 380 players!! Show me any old video where Druids were needed. Where is the paralyzes? Or Healing?

He was dedicated, there was no stamina system back in the day. So he power leveled on his free time and trained while he studied and did homework.
