Had mine on july 4, 2024. It was a breeze. Very little pain. Home three days later. Biggest challenge was trying to remember not to overdo things at home in the following two weeks. I have forgotten a few times and lifted a couple things, but it hasn't seemed to do any harm. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised how little discomfort you have! So relax, enjoy the food, hustle some pool in the lounge, make some friends!
Question: how active were you the first couple of weeks at home? In my rush to get my train home l didn't exchange phone numbers with the people l met, so l have no idea what their post op experience has been.
