Sounds amazing! It's cool to see this tune done with so many musicians. Chad is a true "chad" on tenor (was that solo one take? ) One thing that stood out to me: The A# right at 2:37 is stacatto in this arrangement, but is full length in all of Chick's versions (the three I checked at least). It really changes the feel of the line imo.
I'm imagining this mixed down and mastered with the "Live" big band sound, like Jaco Pastorius's The Birthday Concert album. That would be rad. The soundstage is bit flat. Great performance by all.
