Thank you Layla! Just FYI @35:54 As of Nov '24 the "Delete Template" option is now hidden behind the ellipses next to the template name on that same page-no more delete button. And I've got no idea why that was implemented. 🤔Love the content, delivery and energy! Debating whether it's your lights or your visible aura lighting up the room lol 😂😂😂

Great video Layla! This is so crazy how they have built their template system. It’s almost as if it’s going against all common sense. I was sure there is a way to easily go in to a template edit it and that’s it. Didn’t know that the process is so long and complicated. Hopefully they will simplify it asap. ✌️
Great video @LaylaPomper! Thank you. I have a follow-up question. I created a List Template with a custom field to control a task grouping and view order (i.e. 1. Title, 2. Title, 3. Title) so I can organize each section of tasks. When I rolled out the template, my group of users added their own grouping names and order, unfortunately, they added a client name. Now any client who has access to their list, and they look at that custom field, they are seeing other clients' names. How can I use a list template with a custom field which still allows a user to customize, but then hides those customizations from other template users?

How do I add tasks through templates in the mobile app????
That may be limited as of now. I'd recommend adding the templates on a computer. Desktop or Laptop
